First time. Grabbed from the “take and go” cooler. A bit overpriced for a simple smaller wrap (10.25). But that’s not the reason for only 3 stars. After using self checkout and paying for what I thought was the total, and AFTER the charge had processed the screen informs me that a $0.86 service fee was added.Fees should be disclosed BEFORE charging me, so I have the option to continue or not. Yes, it’s only $0.86 cents, but that’s not the point. Undisclosed fees added AFTER should be a crime.

I have eating here several times. I now frequently bring customers and coworkers here. So fast and easy to either get premade self serve and self pay from the coolers, or order off the menu made to order. Even the made to order came out very fast and phenomenal! Highly recommend!
5Knives Cafe catered a Staff lunch for our company staff Meeting. 5Knives had great customer services and was very responsive to questions and requests. The food was great as well! Lots of good feedback from employees. We ordered a variety of cold wraps, the orzo salad, and a variety of cookies. Exceeded expectations for sure!

After working in Grand Rapids for so long, finding five knives café was such a fresh a breath air. Very very good food touchless pay great customer service and overall they just figured it out. It’s perfect quick and seamless in a busy work day. Did I mention the food try their steak sandwich or their breakfast burrito? I would put it against any other competition in downtown Grand Rapids. the one thing I will say is I hope one day this will not be a hidden diamond in a business building, but have its own storefront as it so easily deserves. Go check them out and tell him Dogman sent you.

Quick and easy to get food from! It's very clean, every time I go in there everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The food is amazing. I just found out they are now on door dash so I will be using that as well. If you have not been there yet you're missing out and need to get there asap!

I absolutely love theTurkey Havarti Sandwich for breakfast and the Grilled 5 Cheese Panini for lunch! They offer some extras you can add to it and I would highly recommend adding bacon and onion jam!Employees are alway nice and able to answer any questions. I have never had to wait long for my breakfast or lunch either!
