I'm here for work. and this happened to be an eight minute walk from my hotel. I came in during happy hour and got the 8$ monk-a-rita and whoa. it's so good. I got the cheese curds and pretzel bites cause, of course I'm an app girly 🤣 and they were sooo good. the saltiness of the food compliments the margarita so well. and the staff was so nice and welcoming, which I don't get a lot of cause I'm a solo diner.
Good selection of beverages and several non-beer options. Cheese curds were the best appetizer we ordered, very good. Mini fried pickles were fine, and sweet potato waffle fries were slightly overcooked, making them tough. Smash Burger was good. Husband liked his bacon jam burger.
I love this place. The employees are all very kind and attentive. There's always something new to try with the rotating beer list. The food is always good and it's usually pretty chill and cozy.
