My sister decide to check out the AC lounge brunch for her 2nd anniversary for her business. It was 9 of us so we were seated at the bar, since they had limited group seating. After we established ours selves we went over to there buffet station and it was a few items there. It was no plates, everything was pretty much gone and it wasn't coming out fast enough. They told us we had to wait like 5 minutes for plates and 10 minutes for food. They also didn't have a advertised items on their buffet, like the french toast a few people were looking forward to trying. So that was a disappointment. They also advertised free mimosas, which we were told they wasn't giving them away free. So a lot of false advertising was going on. The DJ was good, and the atmosphere was cool as well. I do plan on trying them again in the future. I just hope they have it together by then. They did announce it was their first brunch.

Ended up here because every other restaurant in town was on a massive wait. Cocktails were outstanding and the steak was perfectly cooked. Honestly can’t beat it. Bartender was a true professional with impeccable style. This is my new favorite spot in town

The worst restaurant I’ve been to in YEARS. Cold food, very well done and chewy meat (not edible), took an hour to get, never was checked in by the waitress and couldn’t get her attention. Just awful experience.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. My husband tried to book a reservation but never received any confirmation—no number, no email, nothing. Unsure if the booking went through, he reserved a room at another hotel instead. A few days later, we were shocked to find that the AC Hotel charged his card without any communication or confirmation. When we called to address the issue, we were treated with outright rudeness. Staff were dismissive and even hung up on us just for asking to speak with a manager. After several attempts to resolve this over email, we were told they "don’t send emails to anyone," which is complete and utter BS. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. This hotel has no respect for its guests and clearly doesn’t care about doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs—they don’t deserve your business.
Great location. Good depth of selections at the bar. Limited on tap and canned beer.

Had great a great shrimp app as well as a charcuterie plate with drinks before a concert at GLC 20 Monroe next door.
Great food and the bar service was fantastic.

Our waitress Abby was cool, a little slow but cool. The food was not good! Table of 7 no one liked their food. We had nachos, fries, French toast, and cheeseburger. The only thing that was good was the cheeseburger. Th graduated atmosphere was blah. We won’t back.

Drinks are a little pricey here, but the seasonal holiday cocktails were really good here. Not super busy the weekend night I was here, but it was a chill vibe. I'd go again.

Had a blast here a few years back in a blizzard. The staff was great and even made us a Yoda drink lol. We have been back a few times since and the rooms are always well kept and the bar is great to go after dark.
The food was good, but drinks are overpriced. Didn't know they added 20 % in tips on each persons bill. ? That's crazy. If I go back, I will definitely pre-game!

Nice and cozy bar area with good music and a great vibe. I just wish the DJ and bar stayed open later and that parking in the ramp across the street wasn't so

I was shocked to learn that during weekends you pay 20% extra for alcohol for dj I wish they showed on receipt. I live nearby and i got curious coz my bill didn't match what i brought. Otherwise cool place to hangout
Beautiful property! Clean and contemporary rooms. The DJ was unexpected but fun! Loved everything about our stay except having to pay $24 to park and I don't have an option as a Marriott employee, I'm def going to stay with Marriott and all 3 hotels downtown share the same parking garage. Other than though, amazing property!
Good service and selection.
