Been coming here for years and it’s our favorite — but this time was bad. The limited menu was disappointing as we had been craving our go-to food all day and for some reason it wasn’t available. The breading on the mozzarella sticks tasted stale and we didn’t finish them. The chicken bacon ranch pizza didn’t have any ranch flavor. The manicotti was greasy with way too much mozzarella and undercooked noodles. The spaghetti sauce was overly sweet and the sauce-to-noodle ratio was overwhelming — tons of sauce and barely any noodles. The waitress was nowhere to be seen after bringing our food so we couldn’t get drink refills. Honestly very confused with the major drop in quality of both food and service.

I'm so disappointed by the female manager I spoke with Tuesday morning. I'm a RN had just gotten off a 24 hr shift then had 3 errands to run so we figured pizza from our usual favorite place Alfanos to make a long story short the pizza tasted like either the ham or pineapple was spoiled all 3 of us took a bite and came to the same conclusion. I was exhausted so made my kids sandwichs and figured I would deal with it in the morning. When I called the woman was so rude and said well u didn't call last night and I continued to explain I just came off a 24 hr shift. I was exhausted and didn't feel like complaining. So she states that she can't do anything because she didn't know if we ate the pizza ( which is insulting) I told her I would bring it back and she said she would look into it and give me a call never called. Waited all day lol what a shame you treat your customers in this manner we literally order from here every week. Guess it's back to Pappino's. Also posted a picture of the pizza we supposedly ate.
