Good is decent! There’s no service, no water. Tip upfront.

Delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! I had the crispy rolls, crab Rangoon, kapoon, and sweet and sour chicken!

We have been a patron of Thai food & restaurants all over michigan & even as far as NYC & San Francisco. But never had such a poor experience at nay other place. We ordered one House Noodle, one Drinken Noodle, & a small rolls appetizer at a cost of more than $45. But still the price not an issue. The food didn't taste anything like a Thai food

I used to love Ty Restaurant and always looked forward to eating there—but after this recent visit, I’m honestly not sure if I want to go back. The food tasted off, especially the chicken and beef, and everything was served on flimsy paper plates. Even worse, the service felt rushed and careless—they literally tossed the plates in front of us. Really disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service to me and my 4 year old son!!! I was beyond baffled

What a great gem in downtown Grand Rapids! Great service and recommendations. Order at the counter and your food comes out quickly and accurately. I saw an item in a review that sounded good and it wasn’t on the menu anymore, but they happily offered to make it for me on request. I could not be happier! I have been twice now and both times it was fantastic!

The Kapoon was not as flavorful as I wanted it to be and I did ask for fish sauce (which they don’t offer it or give it but she gave it to me which I was glad because gave it a little taste however it was good. I’m glad it was not sweet kapoon like how other thai place do their curry dishes and the spicy level and portions were great! I did add shrimp but I wish there were quail eggs as well. I also ordered crab Rangoon. It was tamada. The sauce looks like ketchup with sweet and sour sauce. It’s a no go for me on the sauce.

I went here many times. The quality is worse than last year. I always order Khao poon but the taste was changed.

Our family of 5 had a great birthday meal here. We shared 4 dishes as a family and everything was delicious. My husband loves Thai food and the rest of us aren’t huge fans, but we ended up with a meal we ALL loved. And we are talking kids ages 7-14, so that all 3 kids enjoyed their meals here is fantastic. Lots of great choices and had a nice downtown location. Would recommend to a friend!
We had the basil fried rice, chicken satay, sesame chicken, and drunken noodles.

Vegetarian options: Many tofu options available.

Peanut curry was tasty. Crab Rangoon just okay but didn’t take away from an overall great impression

Food is great, service is solid but it’s impossible to use the patio with so many homeless people sleeping on their floor.
