We had a girls day walking downtown and decided to give Angela Thai a try :) it was amazing. I’m a believer you should always ask the workers what is best on the menu, I have never been disappointed, and definitely not on this day. Angel gave me a beautiful recommendation, and for it being my first time trying it, it was fantastic!! Thank you for the service. You can call and order, it would make it faster for you, but still wasn’t that long of a wait for fresh food.

We just stopped here by randomly choosing it on the map and oh my gosh, LOVED it!! Pad Prik was delicious and they made it to order for me without the things I didn’t want on it. Paid Thai was also light and flavorful. We got medium spice on both and it was spicy in that wonderful, grab your water bottle and wipe your nose but keep shoving it in your mouth kind of way! Owner was sweet, highly recommend!

Phad Thai was mediocre. I used to live in Thailand so my bar is pretty high. Chicken was cooked perfectly, but I ordered extra chicken and it didn’t seem like extra. Seemed too sweet for Phad Thai and had very few vegetables. Spice level was right on. Served with a lemon instead of traditional lime. Could have used more peanuts. Service was great.

I’ve never written a three star review, but over $16 for lunch Pad Thai with chicken at a fast food style restaurant with paper plates and plastic forks seems really high to me. It was delicious, although if this was the medium spice level I’d shiver at the thought of ordering hot. They don’t serve fresh chilis, it’s only chili flakes, they also don’t have WiFi. None of it was bad… it was just all a bit on the annoying side.

If you're looking for some great Thai in downtown Grand Rapids, look no further. We had a wonderful meal and great service from Julie. She was so friendly with us and our friends visiting us from Florida. We had the Chicken Pad See Ew (#8 spice level), the Chicken Pad Thai (#7 spice level), spring rolls, and crab rangoon. We will absolutely come back for more, and to see our new friend Julie.

We have been a patron of Thai food & restaurants all over michigan & even as far as NYC & San Francisco. But never had such a poor experience at nay other place. We ordered one House Noodle, one Drinken Noodle, & a small rolls appetizer at a cost of more than $45. But still the price not an issue. The food didn't taste anything like a Thai food

I used to love Ty Restaurant and always looked forward to eating there—but after this recent visit, I’m honestly not sure if I want to go back. The food tasted off, especially the chicken and beef, and everything was served on flimsy paper plates. Even worse, the service felt rushed and careless—they literally tossed the plates in front of us. Really disappointed.
