Anna's House - East Beltline

The food is used to be really good, but something has changed. I had food delivered and it’s only a short distance so that shouldn’t cause a problem. The breakfast burrito sauces were packed in the burrito packing. The salsa was open, spilled all over and made the burrito soggy. The chicken quesadillas had salsa which didn’t spill but there’s less than a quarter inch of salsa in the little plastic container. The Reuben was missing the thousand island dressing completely, the meat was cold and I think they forgot to grill it. The Monkey Bread was completely missing. The cinnamon roll was old and dry. The two juices were warm - completely warm, no condensation on the cups whatsoever. Everything was very underwhelming and definitely not worth $90.

Two of my daughters and I stopped in today on our way home from an event out there. I can’t say enough about this place. The atmosphere, the waitress we had, and the food… all phenomenal!!!

Not as good as it has been in the past. My eggs were fried not poached on my eggs Benedict. Not warm either. I asked for my potatoes to be warmed not blackened and they came blackened and hard. Maybe it was because it was later in the day so all three of us just got the dregs. Very disappointed.

I am not the type to leave reviews even after bad experiences however I have never experienced such disrespect and dismissiveness from employees. I came in with my friend for breakfast, and had to wait over 15 minutes just to even get our drink order in. No server had came up to our table during that time, even the host kept giving us glances. Because we had been waiting for so long, we told a nearby employee that was wiping the ceiling informing them we haven’t even gotten our drink order in, but even then the employee said they would get our order in instead of our actual server and never came back. Later, I saw that exact employee, this time sweeping the floor. In the end, we had to get up from our table and walk to the other side of the restaurant to an another tables server that was actually taking orders and ask them.

Food is original and nuanced, and staff is always helpful. However this location has a really messed up parking lot entrance and exit. Both are extremely steep and the exit is somewhat hard to access. The lot itself is rather compact. For delivery drivers, there is no obvious pickup area. Otherwise no real problem

Very friendly staff helpful food suggestions and the food came out quickly. Well lite but kind of tight seating arrangements. Try the banana walnut french toast it comes out with a sweat cream butter and nice side portions too.
