Plainfield location… adore this staff, new Anna’s house opened closer to my home… will always drive the extra few miles for this amazing crew… caring, fun, friendly, personal! They make going to breakfast feel like home! Plus, this location has Hazelnut coffee which I appreciate! Love this place!

I love the unique dishes. Hippie Hash was my dish of choice & the cinnamon spice loose leaf hot tea which hit the spot for this non-coffee drinker. My friend ordered the candied pecan french toast. She felt it was too sweet. Our waitress was sweet & accommodating. Only negative would be prices are steep (no pun intended ?).

This location has been consistently great! The Yelp check in is a wonderful feature and works well. We had great service yesterday, everything came up timely, and was delicious. I tried their seasonal chia tea and was surprised by how smooth it was. My husband loves their twilight coffee and their pancakes. Sometimes it's hard to find parking but usually there's a spot or two available if you keep looking. Definitely worth it though for the yummy food and drinks!

We love going to Anna's when we decided to go to the one that was closer to home, that was a BIG MISTAKE! Everything was good till we sat down, and got the server, (DANIELLE) not sure if she doesn't like her job, but she was so snappy with us, my husband normally doesn't complain or say anything but he was shocked on how rude she was with me .. I choose not to make a big deal of it because I know that at times servers can feel over whelmed, but she was very short, rude snappy and just could've done better at her job, she never came back to ask how the food was, and when she noticed that our plates were at the end of the table she brought our check, with I'll be right back for that .. I truly hope that she is not always like that, but we won't be going back to this location because of her service. We seen servers sitting down with friends that were having breakfast and just that atmosphere was not professional.. #DoBetter ? Plainfield is not the place to go if you want to have a better way of getting treated.

Phenomenal food, fine prices, ok portions.The food here is great. Everything tastes so fresh and so good. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted pretty fresh.The hash brown was the best I’ve had, and they prepared it just how I liked, crispy. The crab cake Benedict was good. But the crab cake left me wanting something better. It wasn’t bad. Just wasn’t great.The chicken and waffle was fine. They just have better options there. Chicken was seasoned perfectly and cooked very well. The waffle… well is a waffle. Not bad. The gravy was really sweet, so be warned. I just wish there was more balance of sweet and savory (Sweet= waffle, syrup, gravy. Savory= Chicken)The latte I got was good too. Forgot what it was called.The portion sizes should be fine for most people. But for me, it was teetering on the smaller size, but still fairly sized for the price and taste.Overall: 9.0/10

I get the distinct feeling that people go here because they think it's hip and cool, maybe that was the case years ago but I don't get it anymore. We got stuck going here again because it was our nieces Bday and she wanted to try it. The wait was long, too long for Sat. 9:30 am, partly because there were 6 of us and this place caters more to the 4 person and under crowd. The kicker was that the place wasn't even full, plenty of open tables so when we did get seated I don't know why it took another 10 minutes before someone took our orders. For some unknown reason they waited to bring the food out until all the orders were completed, half the people's food was cold from sitting around. This isn't Ruth's Chris , get the food out there, could be part of the reason the wait was so long. Nobody wanted to send any of the food back because we had waited so long and hungry. The food that wasn't cold was just ok, no seasoning on anything, a salt and pepper shaker on the table was the best we could hope for. Maybe the waitress' were doing their best but at these prices maybe their best isn't good enough. Don't think our niece feels hip and cool anymore.
