I love love LOVE the creative menu and our server Lisa was really personable and efficient. The design of the space is homey and always super clean. If I had one suggestion for future builds it would be to add more seating and a larger waiting room😊☝️

Red head girl was eating off plates of a table middle of the restraunt not washing hands, waited for a table for a party of 5, 1h 30min to realize they were skipping past us while we were top of the line and there were tables open we could have sat in.

I asked for a booth and she put us at table. I looked her straight in the face and clearly spoke. We have young son that needs containment. She ignored me. Not impressed with her. Tall brunette girl with not a clue. Service was decent after that.

My experience at Anna’s house was beyond my expectations. The food was great and out super fast, and Blair was such a refreshing waitress to have. I felt so taken care of and felt like I got as much as I could’ve out of the experience having her as my server. Thank you!

Have had wonderful food and service at Plainfield location for many years and tried Northland location today. Cute atmosphere but very slow and poor service. Food was cold and scrambled eggs were terrible, dry cold toast not up to Anna’s standards. Extremely disappointed with food quality and service. Check was dropped at table and waited so long for server never came back to table for cc check out so did online. Never circled back to table. Left establishment feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. Not planning on recommending to friends or colleagues or coming back.
Was going to cater event with them but so disappointed going to look at other establishments.

The workers at Anna's house are very nice and down to earth people. I had a lady named Blair that was really cool and gave me great service. She always made my lattes right and the food that I order came out hot and not ice cold like I have had before at other places. Blair is probably the most nicest, kindness, and funny server I have ever had .

I’m not sure what we missed. Everyone else seemed to like it here but it just want for us. The scrambled eggs were quite interesting 😑😑😑 Service was ungodly slow. Thought we were forgot about. Food wasn’t hot but like Luke warm. Think the sausage and bacon was microwaved. Way overpriced for what it is.

Blair from the Northland location is AWESOME! I go in to quite a few Anna's around the area and always have great experiences. Blair is always upbeat and friendly and customers really draw to her because of her welcoming personality. She's a keeper! Kim V
