Brittany was amazing, she gave our group of 15 top notch service. Not only did she pop it, lock it, and polka dot it; but she dropped it to the floor and became one of the people in our special birthday group. The entire time we were here she was so attentive, funny, sassy and sweet. A sour patch kid in human form, my partner and I will be back for Brittany. Brittany got the birthday boy two sides of extra shrimp, got everyone multiple rounds of drinks, and entertained us with parts of her life making it a full experience. That may sound silly but it means a lot. Go see Brittany at the bar, I bet she would save your pet like she saved our feral birthday boys dinner.

Arrived at 530pm on 4/6. Hostess claims 15 min. for 2. After 35 minutes, finally seated at a table (booth) that was empty the entire 35 minute wait, by the way. Server (Owen) finally rolls up with an insincere and canned apology about having to checkout three tables … “be right back”, he says. Be right back=another 10+ minutes. Wants us to order … he didn’t have to ask twice. Drinks (2 draft beers), apps and entrees. Another 15 minutes and no drinks show up. Watch him wandering around the restaurant with no sense of urgency. We grabbed our coats and left. Walked right by 2 clueless hostesses who could’ve cared less. Hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in over 3 years and sure as hell won’t ever return to another. (This review can be verified by Corporate with visit details). Shared the experience with 8 guests waiting outside for a table, and helped lighten the customer load for the Knapp’s Corner location. You’re welcome!

We were very well accommodated. We had small amount of time to eat and get to an appointment. We just had soup and salad, but was brought to us quickly and we made it on time to appointment.
