It’s been years since I visited an Applebees. When I first came in I noticed the floors were dirty and there were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned. The service provided by Makai made me overlook the appearance of the restaurant. Makai was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving me good service.
