Not only was my order wrong but when they replaced it the pecan chicken salad sandwich was dry...what little there was. The bread, however, was good. So very disappointing.....two meals nearly $18 what a waste of money!
Orders are often wrong to the point I have to check every one of them. To day ordered a French dip and Didn't receive au jus? Done going there. Attendant at the window did not know what my order was?
Apparently you are "all out of Arby's sauce", according to the young man in the drive thru window. I asked for 1 horsey sauce and 1 Arby's sauce for my 2 roast beef sandwiches. He left for a few seconds, came back and handed me 1 horsey sauce and said you were out of Arby's sauce, shut the window, and that was that. He didn't ask me if I wanted and sauces, either, I had to ask him before he shut the window on me the first time.
