I commute an hour to work and absolutely hate packing my lunch - and I probably come here more than I should😂 But every time I do, Brayden is an absolute ray of sunshine! His customer service and friendliness towards his customers is contagious. I worked in the fast food industry for 3 years, and have to give him major kudos for how friendly and enthusiastic he always is. 5 star service!!

But it negative eating inside during lunch time when the fryer guy talks shit about his other people in front of other customers without a care of people eating inside or waiting for food, he was complaining for 20 minutes about another coworker to someone else while I was waiting for my food

Sanitation rules are not enforced. I am happy to support your off work choices, but this is not a nightclub. Laws and sanitation codes are there for a reason. The person delivering my food had caterpillar thick 2" long false eyelashes, that I am just glad didn't end up in my food, and 3" long pointed fake nails, neither of which are not allowed anywhere in food service. Unfortunately i wont be going to this Arbys anymore as the quality has just gone so far downhill i cant overlook it anymore. The key people who ran that place and kept the food fresh are long gone. I ordered some mozzarella sticks today and instead of just giving them to me old like they usually do...they tried to pull a fast one and flash fry the old ones.... working in food i could tell right away by the soggy sweaty mozzarella sticks that this was the case and since they were soaked with grease i couldn't eat them. Out of chances
