You need to fire Sommer from this location IMMEDIATELY! Every time I come to this location she is rude and disrespectful. She cut me off and pulled an attitude when I went to the window and started to argue with me when I tried to explain. I get having bad days but this is terrible. She needs to be fired and let go immediately cause this is doing to much.

Very slow drive thru this evening. Barely filled my fries-I did ask for more and they did give me some. Did not hand me my drink and I drove off and didn’t realize til I was too far. I blame myself and them for that one.

Did the drive through today just before the lunch hour rush. Ordered the 4 classic for $10, regular fry, large curly fry, Arby's sauce and water. Large curly fry wasn't even half full and only got 2 Arby's sauces. I might understand if it was super swamped but only had 1 car ahead of us
Thanks for sending no sauce with your cold crappy sandwiches and you forgot all of our drinks so even if we wanted to eat one of your meat flap sandwiches dry we didn’t even have our cokes to wash it down with. Your service sucks almost as much as your food does.

Wow, waited 10 minutes for 2 small fries a self serve pop and a jamocha shake. After being handed the cold fries, I still had to ask "and the shake?..." So yeah, not thrilled. I watched a door dasher wait 10 minutes for 1 shake. I wanted a refund, but the guy at the register barely knew how to place an order, and I didn't want wait an hour for a refund.
