They tell you to order online, you’ll place your order being present the time it says. And they still won’t be ready. This service is very slow n I’m not sure how they’re able to keep running like this.

I order a 6 piece wing basket. When I received my food it was dark and soggy. I returned it and got another basket and they didn't put any seasonings on it and put the old fries back in my basket 😑. Not satisfied at all 2 thumbs down. Customer service wasn't even great.

We ordered two days ahead for a dinner for 50 people. They cancelled without any notice. Didn’t apologize. Said “what are you complaining about we are going to reimburse you.” Then they didn’t reimburse us for another five days, only after we called again and they were totally rude.

My experience was amazing.Everything was hot and ready and tasted amazing, they have the best seasoning. Everything was clean and organized and ready when I got there to pick it up,
Every single employee was smiling and friendly, very respectful and enjoyable place to get the best.Chicken / fish /mashed potatoes/ fries/banana pudding .
The best part is that they stay open late.
And it's never a bad time to eat chicken.

Better than Fatmans

I didn't give them a tip because they turned the monitor away from me. And I noticed they took a tip from me without asking or letting me make that decision. So because of those practices we'll not be visiting that place again.

Atlantic always good. Unless you get they rib tips. Those are dry, overcooked and not from a smoker or grill.

The chicken was so over cooked I couldn't eat it, and they obviously used the same dirty oil to cook fish in as my chicken smelled and tasted of fish. Previously I had tried to order for pickup over the phone and they said I had to come and order in person, when I got there they said they were out of chicken. They can't tell me on the phone and save me a trip. So I tried again, we waited 25 minutes for over priced overcooked fishy chicken and they say they will text you when it's done then ask your number. I started receiving spam texts instantly, probably 15 texts in the 25 minutes wait...the only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they were not out rite rude.
