We ordered two days ahead for a dinner for 50 people. They cancelled without any notice. Didn’t apologize. Said “what are you complaining about we are going to reimburse you.” Then they didn’t reimburse us for another five days, only after we called again and they were totally rude.

My experience was amazing.Everything was hot and ready and tasted amazing, they have the best seasoning. Everything was clean and organized and ready when I got there to pick it up,
Every single employee was smiling and friendly, very respectful and enjoyable place to get the best.Chicken / fish /mashed potatoes/ fries/banana pudding .
The best part is that they stay open late.
And it's never a bad time to eat chicken.

Better than Fatmans

I didn't give them a tip because they turned the monitor away from me. And I noticed they took a tip from me without asking or letting me make that decision. So because of those practices we'll not be visiting that place again.

Atlantic always good. Unless you get they rib tips. Those are dry, overcooked and not from a smoker or grill.

The chicken was so over cooked I couldn't eat it, and they obviously used the same dirty oil to cook fish in as my chicken smelled and tasted of fish. Previously I had tried to order for pickup over the phone and they said I had to come and order in person, when I got there they said they were out of chicken. They can't tell me on the phone and save me a trip. So I tried again, we waited 25 minutes for over priced overcooked fishy chicken and they say they will text you when it's done then ask your number. I started receiving spam texts instantly, probably 15 texts in the 25 minutes wait...the only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they were not out rite rude.

Called in to simply place a pick up order and got told they're too busy.
Never had them before, and that within itself will make me never return.
I understand being busy, I understand being put on hold. I was in the food industry for many years, and never have I ever declined a customer because we were too busy.
There's better ways to redirect customers when you're too busy, such as suggesting ordering online.

This is new management since I've been here. Maybe 5+years ago was the last time. The building remodel took the seating out and now has less of a fresh food display case now. The food does look fresh and it seems cleanish. It's open late and has a cannabis dispensary right next door. So you do the math! I do like the signature seasoning mixture, I am curious as to what the combination is. 🤔 the food is 5.6 for fried food. Banana pudding taste like artificial Banana flavoring, I was hoping for grannies goodness, homemade rich delicious stuff. Nope, vanilla pudding with Banana flavoring and cookies. Well that's what it seemed like to me. Would I go back, sure. However, I wouldn't go out my way just to buy from them. Bottom line, as long as they keep the freshness up and frying to order with that seasoning, I have no problems with the hole in a parking lot fried fish n chicken joint.

This is one of my favorite places to grab food when I’m in my home town. It’s always a pleasure to get good food and be in the presence of good people who work here. I love it ❤️

The food was was horrible tasted like the chicken was rolled in tuna juice and the fish was hard as a rock. 10/10 do not recommend.
