I do not recommend placing or picking up a DoorDash or Uber order. There is no management atmosphere or a system in place. When you place your order the worker will call out what food was made, but not your name as if only one person orders a bagel. They do not call out the names of completed Uber or DoorDash orders so your customers food or your food will sit there for 45 minutes to an hour. They lack a system of any kind. A pick up order I will be put on the back burner even though that customer paid before a dine in or carry out order.

Bagels are my favorite thing here. I like their options on the menu for bagel sandwiches they own. The coffee is okay but I'm there for the Bengals. The style and decor remind me of 90s coffee shops like central perk. This location is right of breten and between 28th and 29th st. The parking is a little awkward.
Probably one of the best bagels i’ve had. Herb and cheese with the perfect amount of butter. The guy at the front counter was super polite and quick.

Terrible management and experience! The manager here is out of control. Who hired this person?All I asked for was extra meat on my sandwich, and when I asked why I did not get it, she said it's because that's the way things are, and if you don't like it, don't come back.I simply asked for what I paid for, and she blew up on me.I will be contacting corporate the BBB, and I will never come here again.I love eating at Bagel Beanerys, but this person would not tell me her name; she swears she is the manager and needs to be fired immediately and given an example of customer service.I would highly recommend staying away from this person and this establishment.
