Waited 5 minutes in drive through at 8am. No other cars in drive through. Decided to just pull to the window and was told they couldn’t take my order from the window. Only two cars in the lot.

I ordered 6 Bagels and a smoothie I was told the smoothie machine was down and received 12 bagels that was not to fresh they was hard and I was charged 20 dollars instead of ten this is my first time and will be my last time

After waiting 15 mins for Bagel Beanery to open and another 10min after 6am waiting by the door only to be told it’s another going to be at least another 20 minutes for Bagels. I won’t be returning for breakfast again waste of my time before work. This loyal customer is out.

i love coming to this place but my order is constantly getting messed up. today i went and got a coffee and it got messed up two different times before i just told the staff to forget about it. incredibly frustrating experience and didn’t even get refunded.

I decided to stop in after not dining her in a year or so. My experiences here have been progressively worse over the years but this time was the roughest. The food and coffee have always been OK. I would tell you how the food and coffee was this time, but I wasn’t even able to get any since I waited for at least 10 minutes at the counter and no one even said hi to me. It is quite obvious there is not enough staff working here. Three people to take orders, make sandwiches and coffee and work the drive through on a Saturday morning is obviously not enough.

Overall, this is a decent place to go for a quick lunch or snack, however, the past couple of times I have went, I thought the place was closed. Today, I walked in at 3:40 PM to find all of the food put away, the bagels put in bags, and the floors being swept. When ordering, I asked the employee what time they closed to which they responded very confidently with “6”. I was a bit shocked because it looked as if they were getting ready to lock the doors. The employees seemed as if I was inconveniencing them by ordering almost 2 and a half hours before they closed. Mac and cheese is a 10/10 though.
This used to be my favorite spot to get bagels in GR so when I moved back, I was exited to stop by, but unfortunately I was disappointed by both the food and the service. I got a few flavors of bagels for my family and none of them were very good. A few of the bagels were floury on the bottom and were wholly unpleasant to eat. The "cream cheese" spread was full of additives and both the taste and texture were awful.
I was watching an employee pack my order and then saw a manager stop him so she could give him a lecture on store policies. And then the order was left on the counter until I asked about it.
I don't think I'll be back here.

Coffee is pretty good and I heavily dig the bagels. However in recent times the employees have made the rash desicion to add a stupendous amount of cream cheese and or butter to my bagels. So much to the point where it is almost inedible. Other than that I love this place.

Lack of customer service and management! You order pick up at 9 am actually pay before anyone else and you still wait 30 minutes. Stop ordering uber eats and door dash from here. No one will make money. The customers cancel and the delivery drivers cancel also, it’s not worth it.

I can't explain why, but I really like this place. The location is jammed near the highway, the drive through - risky at best, and the interior straight out of the 90s...but I just keep coming back. The coffee is ok. But the bagels are still really nice in their own special way.
