great service and environment!
In my opinion, my favorite Indian restaurant in greater Grand Rapids. The food is always excellent. The spice level is perfect based on your order. I eat here about once a week as it’s my go to comfort food place. Also, the people are so friendly and gladly translate and explain ingredients and how things are made! A bonus is the grocery is next door and you can get all your ingredients or ready made food items.

Based on the reviews, Grand Indian Cuisine is one of the favorite Indian restaurants in GR. The food is incredible, with plenty of amazing vegetarian options. The excellent lunch buffet on weekends has a huge variety of choices that change every week. All the dishes have wonderful flavor, and the tandoori chicken is perfectly juicy and flavorful. The butter chicken was a smashing success and a favorite of everyone. The Bhai Special Biryani is flavorful and well-prepared. The rasmalai is delicate, aromatic, and delicious, and is the perfect dessert after a meal full of South Indian spice. The staff are all kind, and their recommendations never let anyone down. The restaurant also has a dosa night on Wednesdays with a little buffet and all the little dosas one can eat. The food is fantastic, and the Tuesday special has been an almost weekly staple. It is a great place for biryani in the Grand Rapids area. The staff are super, super nice, and the food is so good.
