Twice now not greeted with a smile or any sort of greeting at all by the same front register lady, breakfast sandwich was great the first visit, sub-par the second but that could have been the veggie sandwich I chose. Just seemed very bland with only egg and greens on a bagel. No sauce or anything to cut the dry texture.

I stop in here when going between work locations. I enjoy the Lox & Cream cheese sandwich no tomato. The service, the food is awesome! The place is very clean!Thank you for the great Bagel Sandwich!

Walk in to get a DoorDash order and the staff is all just standing in a circle talking with a line at the register and others waiting for pickups. Still here waiting as I’m typing this ..

Maddy/ie is seriously the best. I look forward to coming in most mornings because of her warming welcome. The bagel sandwich I order is always made with consistency and yummy ingredients. 1000/10. I love this BABs ❤️

food, service and price are all great some of the best bagels in GR the 4 star rating is due to the lousy app and the higher prices in the app than in store makes the app totally worthless the additional charges for various varieties of bagels are not charged in store i do not understand why there are additional charges in the app. i have uninstalled the app why would i pay more for the same thing in store

Just ordered two breakfast sandwiches to go, and we each only got part of our orders. No cream cheese on mine and no bacon on my partner's. Should have read the other reviews before going as it's apparently a VERY regular thing to mess up orders. Definitely not making the mistake of coming here again!

I grew up eating and loving Big Apple Bagels. Moved close to this one about 5 years ago, and now I avoid it. We've tried it multiple times out of hope it gets better, but their quality is so bad. I went today out of convenience, was the only person in the store, and came home with a bagel that was still pretty raw, toasted for maybe 10 seconds, and the cream cheese was transparent. I put even more butter on toast than what I received. Which is every experience I've had here over 5 years. I think I've finally given up on this location.

We were excited to try this bagel shop so close to our house but ended up very disappointed. Got two bagels and lox and by far the worst I’ve ever had. The capers were crushed and just thrown all in one spot with the red onions, cream cheese only on one side, and the salmon itself was just crushed onto the sandwich. Will not be back.
