We came in and what we wanted were empty so we waited and asked if more had been made and they said yes they were hot in the back and they would bring them up. We ordered the kinds we wanted originally 3 of one kind 4 of another, the cashier upsold us to buying a full dozen due to a promotion and we paid. The front woman asked the back for them and she said they had none we needed to come back in 30 min. We declined and asked for a refund which the front woman was happy to process. The woman in the back proceeded to grumble and shout to us that if we wanted a quantity we needed to call ahead and tell us to buy another kind. We tried to buy a normal quantity, they upsold us, and it wouldn’t matter if we wanted just one, it would still be a half hour wait as they had none…

I've been a regular here for several years now. Its the spot for a brekki sam and tasty sweet bagels. They do have plenty of savory options as well. One of those small town shop type vibes. Highly reccomend it if you need to feel at home.

I was holding my HOT coffee in their paper cup while waiting for my food and the bottom of the cup gave out. Hot coffee all over me, my walking boot from having recent surgery, and all over the floor. Guy came over to mop it and no one offered any help to me or even a new coffee. Had to ask for new coffee myself. We then had to go to the counter and ask about our food after waiting 20 minutes and they said they were wondering what those bagels sitting on the counter were for without a ticket. Never thought to figure out what they were supposed to be so they could actually make them. Very disappointed since I typically really enjoy their bagels.

First time stopping in, and I'll be back! Great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Lots of bagel choices, go figure. Very friendly team! Stop in and grab something. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
