This place has been here about my whole life. I was back in GR for a visit and had to visit. Fries were perfect, and the cheeseburger was very tasty also. A few staff members have been there for 40-plus years. My dad recognized one server and asked. Yep, 45 years working at this location. WOW! Great job, Big Boy!

We were a group of about 20, paying separately, seperate tables , and arrived unannounced, our server handled us just fine, only wished she would have sent our tickets in right away instead of after taking everyone's order. Thank you, breakfast was great!!

The staff works very hard. They are visibly understaffed. If the ownership invests in more help, and they can find help, more profits will come. A waiter, that buses tables, runs to the register to take money, seats the guests, tries to take drink orders, food orders, and tries to check in with people on their food, while running into the backroom to pick up food and even prep some of it, simply does not work. I really liked stopping in from time to time to eat at this Big Boy,...
