I pulled up to get food at 7:45 pm to order food, a employee was standing outside speaking to another person and shooed me away with her hand didn't even bother speaking to me I said are you closed and she said yes that was about a month or so ago then the next 2 times I tried to go they were closed early. I really enjoy the phillys here when I can get them but have always received terrible service I have literally had them not give me food i ordered and when i called to complain was hung up on but I go because they have the best philly cheesesteaks in michigan just make sure you check your bag before you leave

Went here specifically to try. Musi. Was so loud almost couldnt hear the Server tell me she's not taking any more orders at 6:45pm. Theyre open to 10pm.Their were only 4 or 5 people in line. Not going to try to come here

I stopped in for the first time on my way home. Instead of a hello I get no egg rolls wings or burgers tonight. Luckily I was ordering cheesesteaks. There was no thank you. The food was ok at best. Nothing special for the price. Will not be returning.

Came here to try food due to the local advertisement so I was excited to try them . They Ran out of cheese wiz, don’t have enough staff the 1 and only worker was over worked and tired but she was nice ! You can tell she was tired. but food wasn’t cooked well. Egg rolls and fries were greasy, You would think that if your restaurant was advertised to try that you would have enough staff to perform ,Very inconsiderate and unprofessional not to be ready for the community to come out and support. Would not recommend.

Out of egg rolls couldn't do the Philadelphia ice cause they didn't have any spoons to scoop it out with ended up ordering a Sean style got meat and cheese only should have had way more than that ask for my fries extra crispy got them normal this ain't the first time this has happened so I feel like I'm pretty much going to be done there unless they have egg rolls but you don't ever know because they don't answer their phoneParking: Parking is in the rear

I wish I had read the yelp reviews before eating here yesterday. I tried this place based on glowing coverage from a local TV station but won't go back again. The cheese steak sandwich was "OK" but the service was unprofessional and unsettling. It's as if they're still running it out of their garage, which doesn't really work in a storefront setting. I sensed it quickly and watched as they got my order wrong. I immediately told them so, and the cook and cashier had a brief negative exchange about it while the cook made another sandwich and the cashier wrapped up the "mistake" and set it aside... Also watched the cashier unwrap several sandwiches that had just been made to see what was on them. So odd to not even have a simple way to keep track of orders after several years in business... It's unfortunate that they're squandering the opportunity given by free local promotion online and on TV. It was clear that two other parties in line were also there for the first time... I rarely write reviews and really wish these folks would get it together as I love a good cheesesteak sandwich. But from the history of criticism about how the place is run it seems unlikely to me that this place will get any better.

Good food but you guys should hire people that show up for work on time. Almost 12pm and the place is locked up. Bunch of people leaving with nothing and disappointed. I went out of my way to come grab some real phillys while doing my deliveries, don't think I will waste my time in the future.Edit, there's someone in there but they're hiding in the back. Fire your lazy staff.

I placed an online order at 4:15 p.m. I showed up at 4:30 when the online forms said my food would be ready. The open led signs were on but all the doors were locked and no one was inside. I tried calling the number 3 or 4 times but there was no response. It's 5:30 now and the website says my order is still being processed. The decals on the door and the hours posted online said they were open buy they clearly were not. My card shows it was charged though. Not happy at all with the customer service
2nd time I have been to this place and unfortunately both times have been awful the lady that works there is so rude and her customer service is horrible.First time I went I ordered loaded fries and the fries were cold and burnt.This time they were out of chicken, tomatoes, chili, and so forth.I am all for supporting local businesses, but if you are wanting this business to grow it’s a MUST to hire some new improved help or someone that can at least pretend to be friendly and helpful.

Customer service is great, people are friendly and fast. Food is amazing hot and fresh. Decent portion sizes.Tried cheesesteak sandwich, cheesesteak fries, chicken wings, an cheesesteak egg rolls. Everything was delicious.

Terribly rude employees. The food is good but it is not worth putting up with the disrespectful staff. Once I went there 45 minutes before they closed and they refused to help me. Today I went there and because they had a big order so I was ignored and basically told it’s going to be forever. I will tell everyone about my bad service there.

My friend and I were going to try this place for lunch since the hours on the door and online said open at 11am. We went at almost noon and the doors were locked and it was dark inside can't try it when hours posted aren't when open.

Shawn, my guy, your Google photos/videos look amazing. I went here last night at 9 and it was closed, despite google, your website, and your door saying you were open till 10. No biggie. I went again today for lunch at 1230 and the female working rolled her eyes when i walked in. There was a gentlemen ahead of us who ordered 2 cheesesteaks and the gal slapped his order on a cold skillet. Really disappointed on the general atmosphere and the "vibe". So much so that I walked out. I was genuinely looking forward to slamming down my "big shawn cheesesteak" but I honestly didn't want to eat after the depressing demeanor. I hope this doesn't come off as condescending, but dang man I have been having dreams about how good your food looks. I hope this was just a hiccup in service and wish you all the best. Love you bud.
