I usually don’t have any problems here but this time I did. I was in the drive thru ordering abd they have a door in the back of the building and a women flung it open while I was coming into the drive thru. Before I finished ordering she flung the door open again and proceeded to smack the door against my car and then quickly closed it out of embarrassment I guess. My car is fine but it’s brand new. And then I asked for no whip since I can’t have it and they proceeded to put whip on my coffee. Just bad service and they didn’t even say anything about what they did to my car and no apology about the whip. They didn’t seem to really care about anything they were doing.

I just started a new job in the area and the girl who works the drive thru most mornings I’ve stopped has made my day each time. She is so kind and upbeat, it really has a tremendous effect on my mornings! Thank you for being you!

Every time I go to this location the customer service skills are far superior to any other Biggby I've been to. Y'all leave Hudsonville and Jenison in the dust.

The slowest coffee place I’ve ever been to, waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich and 2 coffees then they handed me my coffee and made me pull into a parking spot. Then waited an additional 15 minutes for my sandwich. It wasn’t super busy just slow and disorganized, seems like no one working was over 20 years old and they was no leadership. Get you stuff from the gas station Nextdoor before coming here

Aileen is amazing at location! Incredibly friendly, helpful, and sweet. Will drive out of my way to go this location for Aileen!
