There’s a BIGGBY® COFFEE inside Mary Free Bed Hospital in Grand Rapids — and let me tell you, it is an absolute gem. I’m at Mary Free Bed about four days a week, and this location has become a bright spot in my routine.
There is one barista in particular, Jaydin, who deserves a huge shout-out. She is phenomenal — truly one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. She knows her BIGGBY drinks inside and out, makes everything perfectly, and her customer service is over the top every single time. Warm, friendly, consistent, and genuinely cares about the people who come in.
The entire management team and staff are fantastic as well. You can feel that they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the atmosphere and the quality of service.
Just an all-around great spot inside of Mary Free Bed. Highly recommend stopping by — especially if you’re lucky enough to catch Jaydin at the counter!

Will always be the best biggby location in my opinion! The girls who work here are so amazing and kind! My favorite OG’s are Lis and Jay, they are so sweet! Getting my cold brew is always such a pleasant part of my work day, any negative reviews I’ve seen on here pretty much give Karen, so I wouldn’t take those too deeply into consideration. The baristas always do a wonderful job at keeping their areas clean and providing tasty drinks to their clients!

Whoever was working on 10/24/25 at 525pm was rude and has no business working in a customer service position! A lady who works at Mary Free Bed witnessed the interaction apologized and said she'd report it. The coffee is great but service was horrendous!!!

Super nasty to look over and see the barista’s fake nails in the whipped cream of your $9 drink. Maybe cut them shorter or wear some gloves? Especially for a hospital this doesn’t seem very sanitary. Pretty sure fake nails aren’t up to the food code standard either.

Girls working closing on Tuesday 3/11 are example of outstanding customer service. I arrived few minutes after 7, but they still served me after closing. Both girls had great sense of humor and were smiling . Very nice and bright thing after long day in rehab hospital.
