Drinks are always really good, service is NOT. Drive through is always extremely slow, mind you I am there between 7-8am. Waited 25 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Also, typically you dont ASK for tips, thats on the customer to decide. Quit with the sticking the payment machine out the drive thru window. It slows everything up and is a very awkward situation for the customer!

I asked for caramel apple and they gave me pumpkin. It still tastes good but they spent the first 5 minutes instead of building my order they were talking about my true intentions of visiting the store

Staff is very nice, but no sense of urgency. The drive through is incredibly slow, even with small amounts of customers inside. Took almost 30 minutes to serve 4 cars with basic orders. Not the first time this has happened. At least 4 drive aways while there due to long lines and slow service speed.

Literally the worst coffee i’ve ever had. Been to a handful of Biggbys and they’ve been good, nothing crazy but decent coffee. Coffee was un drinkable. food took 15 minutes to make and there was no cream cheese. turkey looked old. bagel was decent but its just bread. worst biggby location i’ve ever been to. not to mention despite being the first in line it still took them 15 minutes to get me a small coffee and bagel.

One of the worst coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. If you plan to come here, please avoid ordering in-person: the workers were more concerned about their drive-thru orders than providing bare-minimum customer service. Upon ordering 2 basic drinks (they got the orders wrong), we waited over 20 minutes. I work with a large team here on business and we were happy to give this place a ton of business. This will no longer be the case.
I ordered a drink with a side of doughnuts. The woman at the window was high. She gave me my food and never came back with my coffee. Did a credit card charge back request. Definitely high and I would never go back.
