One of the worst coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. If you plan to come here, please avoid ordering in-person: the workers were more concerned about their drive-thru orders than providing bare-minimum customer service. Upon ordering 2 basic drinks (they got the orders wrong), we waited over 20 minutes. I work with a large team here on business and we were happy to give this place a ton of business. This will no longer be the case.

I ordered a drink with a side of doughnuts. The woman at the window was high. She gave me my food and never came back with my coffee. Did a credit card charge back request. Definitely high and I would never go back.

The employees working when I stopped inside at 1pm on 2/19/25 were attentive and friendly. Received the bagel sandwich and drink I ordered in less than three minutes, both tasted great/as expected.

Came to this bigsby in the early morning before a shift and ordered the maple waffle sandwich was told by lady at the window they put cream cheese on sandwich but they wouldnt charge me for it like seriously it dosent come with cream cheese so why would you charge if I didn't ask for it and it was your mistake. because the line was long and I had to get to work I took the sandwich as is let's just say the word disgusting is being to nice the sandwich was trash and I'm pissed I actually paid for it. I will never visit this store again. Good thing Starbucks is right down the street!

Why be open until 8pm if the girl at the drive thru is gonna have a bad attitude when you order one drink at 7:10pm? Like girl it wasn’t like it was 5 mins before close. Happily pulled off to a much better experience at another location right after this no thanks don’t want a mad worker making my drink or spend my money for bad service.

Usually empty & the people are always sweet but if you ever need a coffee quickly don't get it here. The coffee is good but every single time I am here it takes ten full minutes to get a simple latte. Not good if you're in a rush to work. Again SUPER nice staff who always have a smile & good conversation but the service is always slow.
