Placed an order on door dash as it said it was open until 11:15p.m. after waiting for 45 minutes my single coffee was canceled. I went to Google to look up the number to call them and it said they closed at 6p.m. everyday. Maybe change your hrs of operation on the other platforms you use. So disappointing

Service was horrible. Got two drinks and a toasted bagel and had to wait 20 minutes with a crying baby for them to simply put the bagel in the toaster. Do not recommend. Baristas were very rude

Just waited almost 15 minutes for a nutty buddy latte and it's the most disgusting and sour tasting latte I have ever tasted in my life!
$7 plus a long wait time for something that doesn't even taste good is beyond disappointing!
Get some good baristas in there and get more employees. The lobby had over 12 people waiting when I left!

On a busy Saturday morning with the Devos packed for multiple large scale events that happen yearly, you might think more than 2 people would be working. It certainly would have allowed my simple coffee order not take 45 minutes. On top of the wait, one of my drinks was not on the ticket and forgotten. We won't even speak to the lack of cleanliness in the bistro area or the work area as staff was trying. Manager/omwers need to staff appropriately for patrons and for their employees. This brings the entire brand down!

It was good. The coffee was good and the hot cocoa was good for my fiance.
They made my hot chocolate with whole milk and whipped cream when I asked for it made with oat milk and no whipped cream. I would have gone back and asked them to remake it, but the men working were quite unpleasant so I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. They should smile more :)

I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it was $9. Sorry, that’s a ridiculous price that I’ll never pay again. That’s not inflation, that’s Biggby ripping off the public.
