Used to go here frequently, Jenna and Heidi were amazing!! Super sweet and wonderful customer service. They'd recccomend fun drink combos all the time. The breakfast bagels here are also pretty soild

Don’t go here unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for your drink

I understood that new people have to be trained but I've been waiting 15+ minutes for 2 drinks. There are 4 people in front of me waiting. There has got to be a better process. Please work with your staff on how to speed up while training. Maybe get caught up and then take your time explaining every detail to the new employee.

I drink plain coffee. This was smooth, excellent flavor no bitter taste

They clearly can’t make a drink right. I asked for a 20oz frozen no whip coffee and he proceeded to make a 16oz and he’s coworker had to tell him it was a 20oz even tho he was the one that took my order. He then made it too frozen I guess so he added way too much flavoring and then proceeded to put whip on it and now my coffee taste like straight creamer. Never coming back here

Me and my best friend only go to this location because of the always positive upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff, Heidi and Jenna are the absolute best! Very welcoming when we come in and they always have us leaving with a smile! Plus my coffee is perfect every time!
