They clearly can’t make a drink right. I asked for a 20oz frozen no whip coffee and he proceeded to make a 16oz and he’s coworker had to tell him it was a 20oz even tho he was the one that took my order. He then made it too frozen I guess so he added way too much flavoring and then proceeded to put whip on it and now my coffee taste like straight creamer. Never coming back here

Me and my best friend only go to this location because of the always positive upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff, Heidi and Jenna are the absolute best! Very welcoming when we come in and they always have us leaving with a smile! Plus my coffee is perfect every time!

Here is the deal: if you do not have enough employees to schedule a Saturday, just close. It is not fair to your 2 high school employees, who clearly are not equipped to handle Saturday traffic on their own, to be thrown to the wolves. I am standing here witnessing several women who are angry and demanding refunds(which neither employee knows how to do) because they have been waiting 30 minutes for their orders. Let me be clear: this is a Management issue, not an employee issue. Get it together.
