This is the most cheerful Biggby I’ve ever been to. The baristas were quick and very friendly. Great service.

Went to this location today and attempted to use a coupon. I accidentally ordered a 16oz instead of a 20oz. I realized as we were leaving speaker. Upon arrival to the window, I tried to get someone's attention as no one was at the window. I knocked on the window and was waving. They were looking at me however no one came to window,. When the drink was done they then came to the window. I explained I had accidentally ordered a 16oz instead of the 20oz as required for the coupon. They absolutely refused to change my order. I mean completely refused. Ridiculous customer service. I have worked in restaurants and customer service for 20 years. This could have been rectified and the customer taken care of with no issue. However they made the conscious decision to refuse to change the order. This was harder then it had to be and absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I go nearly every day. The staff and food quality are wonderful. Prices are high but specials help.

I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff I have ever met! I think I have been served by just about everybody there now… And there is not a single bad apple in that crowd! This whole location deserves a raise!!!

I went this morning and person in the drive thru was unkind, abrupt and condescending. Not sure if she was having a bad day but when you’re paying $7 for coffee, that’s not what you’d expect. Gonna try a different one nearby.
I used to really enjoy Biggby when I lived in MI, and regularly got coffee there, all the way back to when they were called Beaners (They changed their name due to that word being offensive to some). We even frequently bought Biggby's Best to make at home.
However, this time when we visited our home town we stopped at two different locations and both times the coffee had a burnt taste to it. The coffee was also insanely hot. It took forever to be able to actually drink it.
My teenage son likes decaf with lots of cream and sugar and he was not impressed either. He had an expletive response to taking a drink and after a few samples decided it wasn't worth consuming.
Now, I am incredibly picky with my coffee, since I typically hand grind my beans every morning, and have found that no coffee shop, cafe, or restaurant actually makes good coffee because they typically don't grind it right and/or they burn it. So take that into consideration if you're an average coffee drinker.
Biggby Coffee is awesome. There are soany drinks choices for anybody in the family. This location served everything great and the baristas were really engaging and friendly. Will be back.

It's a coffee shop. This is really a drive through location not a place to sit and enjoy your beverage. Food is great as is the coffee, the ambiance leaves much to be desired.

Always like going to this location because it's close to my job. But the last time I had sent my friend to get us coffees and it's his first time going to a Biggby. The cashier was rude. Will not be back at this location for awhile. I'll drive further down the road the opposite way from that location.

Felt rushed in the drive thru when at the time no one was in line. And felt rushed as if we were taking up to much time when we're just there to get a drink and be on our way. Very mid service.

I'm not big into Biggby type coffees. They accepted my coupon even though their location wasn't listed on my coupon.
