There is no atmosphere. Usually 2 workers in morning and they find it hard to be friendly. Mostly utilitarian...nothing negative just kind of meh in attitude.

The staff was really friendly and biggby coffee is my best friend when I've got a migraine. I also bought the cutest little cups as a gift for my daughter. I may not know much about Grand Rapids, but I can recommend this biggby !

I don’t even care about customer service because I’ve worked it my whole life and I get it. It’s awful, but some of these girls are the rudest on the planet day in and day out. Drinks wrong constantly, even after having to repeat myself three times, “you can pull forward” after a long pause after ordering like I’m supposed to be a mind reader, no total, always out of everything. “We don’t have that, we don’t have that, do you still want to order?” Being charged for a large (which I ordered) but being handed a small. Pick a struggle. You can’t be mean and not have anything or get it right. The location on paris is worlds better and I’ll always go there now.
Went up to the drive through intercom and waited for someone to take our order. After about 5 minutes my boyfriend and I thought maybe they were closed from the storm last night. So we said hello a couple times. Then the male worker comes on the intercom and says "you can pull off to the right there isn't a curb" at this we were confused so we went around and saw it was open. We assumed maybe the drive through is closed. So I went inside and while I ordered the male worker proceeded to take all the drive through cars orders. Why weren't we helped? I just don't understand

We went here Wednesday, August 9 in the morning and they made the best and most accurate cappuccino out of all the locations we’ve been (and we’ve been to quite a few!) For once, it wasn’t heavy like a latte, but a light and airy cappuccino! I am unsure of the baristas name but she had brown hair. All the baristas were working very hard! Keep up the good work.
