Very unorganized and took way too long for my coffee. There were 4 people working and it still took about 25 minutes for me to get it and there was no one in line inside it was just me and my coffee was like warm. I Wasn’t very impressed

I didn't have any issues with my visit to this location. It wasn't super busy, there was plenty of comfortable seating available. Also, they had some good throwback tunes on the radio and it added nice background noise to my meeting, so I couldn't hear conversations across the room, but wasn't distracted by the music either. I get the ham and cheese everything bragel, and it's always delicious.

I love Biggby, but not this one! Young man behind the counter not only forgot half my order but i had to wait 20 mins for a ice coffee, regular coffee, and turkey bagel. Mind you there was maybe 3 people in there. Also there was a slice of paper in my bagel from the cheese. (The paper that separates the cheese slices.) Not only did this make me late for work, but the coffee and bagel were NOT worth the wait. Sad to say, but Starbucks from now on.
