DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH DAIRY!!!! I am DONE trying to give this place a chance because despite ordering multiple coffees, some with dairy and some without, they DO NOT LABEL THEM!!! This is unacceptable to me when you are charging extra for non-dairy options and when people have allergies or sensitivities to dairy! I feel like I risk my health and well-being every time I get coffee here. And this is such an easy fix - JUST LABEL THE CUPS!!! When I have tried to talk to them about this, I get nothing but half-hearted apologies or attitude. I attempted to contact corporate to ask them to consider labeling their cups and never even got a response.

A lot of people will leave really poor reviews on this place, but my personal experience was one of the best.
Let’s remember that these poor employees work as hard as they possibly can to provide great experience while being paid minimum wage and don’t deserve a lot of the things that happen to them.
Always keep in mind there’s a person behind that counter working as hard as they can.

The coffee was good. This is my first and last time at Bigby Coffee. There was one car in front of me in the drive thru. It took about 5 minutes for her to get her items ( looked like she got a coffee and a pastry). The woman at the drive thru took forever and was sarcastic and passive aggressive to top it off. I would not return here simply due to customer service. If you work at a coffee drive thru window, know everybody is in a rush and has places to be.
This place is awful! The staff was rude when I asked questions about the menu and the iced latte I got was somehow watery while having no ice…and 6$ for a small

Made wrong drink so they remade it, then made a smaller size filled my cup with half foam dumping out all the extra. So I ended up with a small drink pretty much all foam plus the place was dirty and unstucked. Will not be returning to this location.

This new manager sucks. Tried to get a chocolate chip cookie freeze but they were out of cookies and the tonic. Then I wanted a vanilla latte with almond milk. they were out of both vanilla and almond milk. Oh and the new tuxedo muffins. When will upper management realize... but don't worry, their social media constantly has new posts but they cannot make any of the drinks because they are out of everything

I wanted a Irish cream mocha but out of Irish cream. Should keep this in stock longer than March. I ordered a different mocha only to find out they were out of whipped cream. So they offered a substitute. I'm so glad that I didn't pay more than half price- as it was a Tuesday- for this mocha. It was a disappointment. Whatever the whipped cream substitute is its terrible. If you run out of whipped cream, go to the store down the road and get some more. The staff was friendly.
