Grilled cheese/ hamburger/ their breakfast, it’s ALL delish. AND CHEAP!!!! Especially if you go during their specials.

Bills is a friendly old-fashioned diner. It is clean. The diner food is delicious and low-priced. It is open for breakfast and lunch. Plus there is a drive-through. You can buy a real hamburger made from scratch at prices similar to or lower than gross fast food chains. The lines are currently not long. It's amazing and owned by a Grand Rapids local. Good food, good prices, and good community. 100% recommend without reservations.

I don’t dine here often and my last memory of patronizing this business was about five(5) years ago.
Today, June 19, 2025, at about 11:00am my neighbor and I decided to have breakfast/lunch here.
My neighbor mentioned that she was a frequent customer, so I decided that we would eat here instead of my regular dining spot.
As we’re deciding what to have the assistance manager, Rhonda, approaches my neighbor, per the instructions of the “manager”, to accuse my neighbor of causing a problem during her last visit.
Mine you, that last time she was there was about three(3) months prior.
The issue I’m not comfortable with is the way my neighbor was confronted.
Rhonda was aggressively louder then necessary, drawing attention. Authoritative and basically rude in her accusations when it was not my neighbor actions what were in question.
This made dining here a very uncomfortable experience.
I requested to speak to the “manager” and was told “he doesn’t handle this type of problems”.
We were not given the opportunity to clarify any misunderstanding….
I’m reluctant to stop here anytime soon again unless an apology and clarity is provided by the manager….or Rhonda…

Not a pleasant place to dine..

Good prices and good portion size

Burger was very disgusting no seasoning/flavor and was barely done, onion rings was very greasy I won’t be going back.

I liked this place a lot, wait staff the best ever.

The waited was friendly, and very attentive the the 3 year old, she even knew who Bluey was! The wait for the foods was reasonable. Everything was clean and the food tasty!

Service was great, the food not so good. I had what I think was brown and serve sausages, like you take them out of the freezer and reheat them.
The eggs taste like they were boiled in water and not fried. The toast was supposed to be whole week but I think it was white bread toasted.
