I placed an online catering order for work this evening and was left extremely disappointed in EVERY capacity. I selected a specific time for the order to be ready, even called after I placed it and I get the ready text a whole HOUR before it was supposed to be ready. We got boneless wings and they did not put the bbq sauce on or the lemon pepper seasoning like they were supposed to. Not sure how you’re supposed to dress cold boneless wings but okay. We also ordered burger sliders which proceeded to be extremely dry, and toppingless, while the receipt says exactly what toppings are supposed to be on them. We also did not receive our ranch with our wings and the side of marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was very overdone. Do not recommend. Not worth $100 to receive cold food with half of what is supposed to be there. Also, no help at the takeout door at all.

Experience started off good however it was a 40 min wait to sit so we chose to sit at the bar and wait for a table. I observed multiple open tables as well a few table outside. A waitress approached us about 10 min after we started with drinks those were fine then placed our order bartender Gabriella took our order unfortunately forgot to place our order with the cook so we waited 2 hours to get our food..still never got called for an actual table. By the way the host never put our name on the list for a table. Finally our food arrived mediocre service, ok food. Our waitress Gabriella took off our appetizers and drink off the tab considering her mistake..Overall our experience was a 1 time experience

Looking for a good burger we came and ordered a smash burger. When it was brought out I was speechless. The burger was smaller than the bun! Very disappointed. Spoke with our server, who was very good, she agreed that it was not acceptable. She said that she would have a manager come out. She ordered a new one. The manager brought it out and apologized, the second one was just like the first. He did return with a gift card and I wasn't charged for the meal. The Pizookie was very good.

Madison and Camille are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I sat at the bar, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can honestly say I’ve never had such an amazing time anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. I left feeling not only taken care of, but truly appreciated. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I recommend Madison and Camille to everyone, you will not find better service anywhere!
