BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Great meal and service! We had the ribeye and the the pizookie dessert. They were awesome! Waiters were attentive and helpful.

I ordered the pork chop. It was huge and I took half home for another meal. My item was a weekend special and included salad and a desert. My husband had the salmon and liked it very much. We split my lettuce wedge and shared my desert and it was perfect.

Restaurant was very noisy, both music and customers. Cold air kept blowing on us every time door was opened. Had to ask for our server to come to our table.

Inattentive staff and dirty plates and dirty fork. Decreased TRUST, poor quality, presentation , unexpected issues, cleanliness, ambiance , lack of value for money.

This was my 3rd time coming to BJ'S. The atmosphere is always nice, Food is great and I always get the same waitress and she is always friendly, helpful and attentive! I'd definitely keep coming back

Took forever to get our drinks and food. They were ‘no longer offering' 3 drinks that were on the menu. Food quality was pretty good but food was no longer hot by the time they served it to us. Disappointing.

Food was good - we had burgers, steak, pizza. Service was just okay. Pricey, but everything is these days!

We made a reservation, but when we arrived at our reservation time, they told us we would have a 30 minute wait. That turned into an hour wait. If you plan on Dining here, plan being there for at least 2 1/2 hours. It seems like every time we come, it takes a while.

I'd advise getting a reservation for earlier than you actually want. We had a reservation for 6 but didn't get seated until 7. It didn't make a huge difference for us but just a note to keep in mind. The food and staff were great!

Our wait time was minimal, and the atmosphere was full of energy. This was my first visit, and I was hooked from beginning to end. The food was fantastic and I will definitely be back.

Had to wait an hour after reservation time to be seated. Hostess explained they treat reservation the same as call ahead seating. Tried to say since Open Table is a third party reservation system they do not see them in their system. Seated parties of 12 and 18 who did not make a reservation before us saying that was reason for our long wait. The business of restaurant severely impacted food quality. Steak salad was so rare it was bloody all over lettuce but meat was cold! Very unappealing. Soda machine out of order and waitress said prime rib unavailable but table behind us ordered it 20 minutes later. Have loved BJ's in other states but new one in Michigan is not same caliber.

2 of the guests ordered the sirloin, medium and it came out medium well. Our party was seated close to the front entrance and every time the door was opened, we were hit with a blast of freezing air.

Let me start of with 2 things 1- We did have a large party which I took into consideration. 2- Our waitress had a trainee (tall bald guy) and he was great however the trainer (she) was the worst ever. Dinner started out fairly well even with the waitress being slightly abrupt (almost rude) everyone sides were cold and when the waitress forgot the garlic butter she was more worried about being right then making it right and getting me what I asked for, the garlic butter was cold to the paint it was thick. The bill can and the waitress messed everyone's up and sat to the side talking about us while the trainee fixed it. Hats off to the trainee he did everything right and tried he noticed us talking about the cold sides and did ask if everything was ok which we said yes because we did not want to make thongs difficult for him because he was really trying. This is my 3rd time of bad service for dinner but lunch has always been good I think going forward I will go across the street to The Cheesecake Factory. My receipt say server was Chris C I'm not sure if that was the trainer or Trainee but the trainer should be fired.

We enjoyed our first visit. We had a very friendly server named Lilly who treated us well. We will be back for a return visit!

We went today in a Sunday afternoon. It was a little busy but didnt seem to bad. It took forever for our drinks to come out. Then also a long time for our food. When the pizza got out it wasn't that hot like it's been a sitting. I asked for silverware and napkins for the they took another 10 min for them to bring that for us to eat.
