Everything was really good from the hostess to there server and food. It was a nice place for a business meeting

Everything was tasty, no complaints at all. Our waitress was friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

We've been here twice and tried 8+ things. For the food there's an overwhelming consistency of bland. Spaghetti sauce, chicken, prime rib & au jus, sliders- bland. I had the prime rib dinner and I understand it's supposed to be fatty but it was over 50% of fat. I would have been embarrassed to send the plate out of the kitchen. Also the broccoli on the plate was hard, obviously undercooked. Broccoli cheddar was cheese goop with broccoli in it. Tasted ok but not great. Pizza and cookie were delicious. Server was excellent and took great care of us. We've decided to only come for pizza and dessert from now on.

We experienced some issues with our meals, but manager Chris C. and server Lexi made sure we were happy and satisfied before we left. We will be back and appreciate their attentiveness.

Greeters got us in within 5 minutes before our reservation. Server Miklya was AMAZING best service we have ever had!!! Food and drinks also were delicious! Your staff is the best hands down!!!

Made a reservation, called ahead of time to make sure our table would be ready for our large party, they said there would be no wait since I made a reservation. Still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Took 30+ minutes to get our drinks, they were out of half the items on the menu. Service was awful, food was mediocre for the price. We will not be coming back.

The atmosphere , the service and the food were amazing I would definitely recommend it to anyone ! I know I'll be back !!

We proceeded promptly and had great customer service. Our waitress Marianne was excellent.

The food and ambience are GREAT! But, the lobby doors allow gusts of cold wind to our table. There needs to be a half wall or heaters or SOMETHING! We sat at the booth at the end by doors and were freezing the entire time.

We made a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes. We ordered a pizza but it came as a flatbread.

The menu is huge! Service was decent but the place was packed and many were waiting for tables. Always save room for a Pazookie!

This was my 4th time coming here. Food is always good, the prices are reasonable and you get a lot of portions for your money. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Caleb and Natali were our servers and they were great!!

A very slow Monday night. We had James as a server, he was very kind. I believe we were his only table of 5 around 730. We didn't leave until 10. It took forever to get our food very disappointed. I understand if it was a busy Saturday night but we ordered a couple appetizers and a couple of drinks each and there was no reason for it to take over 30 minutes to get our drinks for how slow it was on a monday night. Not only that, I saw online that it was happy hour, James did not inform of that at all. He knew the food but should have educated us for how long we were there for. I was honestly just in awe of how long the food took for the sampler platter and 2 personal pizzas, over 30 minutes and no one was in our section at all. I hope the pace picks up in your future thanks for reading my feelings

The prime rib... Ordered, medium, rare... Was served rare and was very difficult to cut. I had to saw through it. It was poor quality and somewhat expensive.

Our waiter was a nice young man, but we had 2 issues with our lunch. #1... we ordered boneless wings but got bone in wings. The waiter made things right and it wasn't that big of a deal. When it was time to pay the bill, I used the QR code on the table. To my surprise, we were billed for two lunch platters when we only ordered one. Again, the waiter apologized and had the bill corrected. My buddy and I left feeling like two errors was one too many. I will dine here again, but will be testing the staff to make sure there are no errors like this again (I will not go back if there are errors this time).
