I came in about 11:15 this morning. I purposefully went before the lunch rush. The woman that made my salads was very unpleasant and unfriendly. Rushed thru making my salads and acted like she didn’t want to be there. There was nobody waiting behind me and it looked they had just finished an order in front of me. My salad was good as usual. I drive in from Lowell to get your salads. It would be nice if the workers were smiling, friendly and happy to make your food.

Okay so I'm not a person who usually leaves a review, but I am for this place! What a cute place and the atmosphere was great! The food was about average price wise, but the taste was amazing!!!! That vegan chili was delightful! The service was great!!!

This is my third time ordering and I am thrilled with my experience! They let me turn a wrap into a salad. They let me customize orders. They are generous with portions! Best of all, when they ran out of the dressing that goes with my salad, they included two different options and included a handwritten note explaining along with a coupon for my next order! This is WOW level service! And the food is always delicious and fresh. I am so pleased and now I’m a customer for life!

I eat here about twice a month and they have nice fresh ingredients, consistent salads and quick service. It’s a little pricey, but worth it to get a quick healthy lunch.

I hardly leave reviews but in this case I had to share and agree with others giving poor reviews on the food. My $17 "Small" build-your-own salad was flavorless and over-priced. When I questioned the price the girl behind the counter was snarky about how many toppings I added. She asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes, she then threw my salad up on the counter. 1-star for terrible service, flavorless mushy food drowned in tasteless dressing. Could have went next door to Noco for a delicious lunch for the same price.

A great place to grab a lunch or dinner salad. You decide on everything from the protein, vegetables, lettuce type & dressing. It's expertly made right in front of you. Love this place. Eat in or take home to enjoy.Vegetarian options: You can pick as many vegetables as you want. Create your own salad or protein bowls.Parking: Plenty of parking right out front and extra parking behind buildingWheelchair accessibility: On the ground floorDietary restrictions: I go vegan for 10 to 15 days several times per year and I can easily eat here as an option.

I’ve visited twice now, the second time to give the place a second chance because I get it, everyone is entitled to a bad day.Everything my daughter and I ordered for our salads was very fresh, but the dressings we tried (each of us tried something different both visits) was a little lacking in flavor. The biggest problem was the service. During both visits we felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. After the first visit, which was admittedly slightly busy (there were 2 costumers eating at tables and 3 in line behind us) I thought maybe the staff was simply overwhelmed, so we returned yesterday in the late afternoon to try again (only one customer eating in the dining area this time)… turns out the poor service wasn’t a fluke, which is a shame because we enjoy supporting local businesses.I think from now on we will stick to Forest Hills Foods’ salad bar.

If you enjoy a cold sterile environment, dry chewy chicken, bland food, wraps full of lettuce and workers that act like they don't even want to be there, then this is the place for you!I used to love Bliss and Vinegar years ago, and then I'm sure Covid times had an affect on their restaurant, however this place has gone completely downhill. They used to have a cooler full of treats and drinks they made they and purchased, now it's shut off and empty. They used to offer beverages and flavored waters in their glass dispenser on the counter, now it's warm water that's been sitting there all day. The quality of food used to be great. Now the chicken is so dry it was like eating chewy celery. I purchase the "Bruce-Rito" and was surprised to see it in an overly processed white tortilla when they pride themselves on being a healthy restaurant. I asked for the chipotle ranch dressing on the side which was like water, so I couldn't really use it. After a couple bites I wasn't getting much besides spinach, and when I opened it up that's basically what I got: a burrito full of spinach. Totally not worth the $10; I'll never be back. Aside from that, the girl that took my order and made my food barely wanted to talk to me and was pretty unfriendly, and the girl that rang me up wasn’t much better. I truly hope they can turn things around otherwise I'm not sure how they'll be able to stay in business.

Try the Tokyo Spa salad. You can also ask for it on a wrap. I love their healthy and delicious choices.
