This was my first time eating in at Blue Dog. Normally we do take out. We went on a Thursday night. Very busy! Called and made a reservation for 7. When we arrived they had a table for 6 set aside for us. Thankfully one person cancelled so we were able to sit there. Food Service was very slow after ordering. And the music was turned up loudly so conversations were difficult. I might order out again, but not sure about eating there.

I called ahead to confirm how late they were open because the website and Google said two different things. The person that answered the phone was pretty rude and said "We're open until 2am. The times are on our website and Google." When I explained that the website says they're only open until 5pm, he simply said "2am." So sorry to bother you. When we arrived, the same gentleman took us to our table, but was obviously not happy about it. Whatever....

Service was good. The interior looked nice. The food was ok.

I got the Cajun flatbread. It wasn't filled evenly and was half bread. The chicken did taste good, though it was a bit spicer than what I usually get. The upcharge for tator tots wasn't worth it. They were bland and crunchier than I prefer.

Husband got the hotdogs with thousand island and lettuce. He was pleasantly surprised by how well they went together. He said the fries...
