I went into the Plainfield location today after placing my order via phone at 12:32 pm. I was told 10 mins for pick up, when I arrived at 1245pm/1250pm my food had not even been started. There was 3 workers (2 males and a female), when I tell you I watched these workers make sandwiches, take money, get themselves something to drink ....and not wash their hands or change their gloves. I was disgusted, when they got to my food I asked could they wash their hands and change their gloves. The female worker became really rude and said they didn't need to, and I told her they did. As she had even given change and then made a customers food. She then yelled to one guy and told him to change his gloves as her and the other guy continued to make food. I walked out, they are disgusting.
