Had 5 people waiting in line at the store and was told it's gonna be 20 min because they were making a couple catering orders... everyone walked out frustrated. They have to have a better way to get both done. Definitely gonna second guess going back next time since this has happened twice in the last month. Love the subs but they need a better system to handle 5 people in line at noon on a Thursday.... frustrated.

This is the best sub place in Grand Rapids. They slice the meat right as you order and have 26 sub options. Staff are great and prices are reasonable for the quality you are getting.

I ordered a party sub from this location for New Year's Eve. It was excellent. The person that took my order on the 30th was very helpful, as I have never been to a Boardwalks before (I'm new to the area).

Although I did not dine in, the dining area was clean when I picked up my sub.

A favorite for a great sub. The sandwiches are made with fresh cut meats and cheeses. The vegetables are always fresh. The fine chopped pickles are the best addition that makes boardwalk subs stand out from the rest.

Great hidden-gem sub sandwich shop with great subs.

After going once, I've never gone to any other sandwich shop since.

I stopped at the Standale location today at 1:40. The two people working there thought it was more important to clean up than it was to make my sub. Really disappointing service.
