This restaurant has some of the worst management I’ve ever seen, especially from the general manager. Her attitude and the way she talks to her staff are unbelievably rude and nasty. My husband and I sat in yesterday and could clearly hear her talking about firing employees and discussing other things customers should never have to hear. No matter what’s going on behind the scenes, that kind of behavior should never happen in front of guests. And this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed it, either. Truly unprofessional.

To preface this I was a truck driver for 10 years and I've eaten breakfast at so many places I can't even count. My wife and I decided we wanted breakfast before deep cleaning our house getting ready for Thanksgiving. We got sat down and served by Alishia, I told her that my wife and I had never been to Bob Evans and she got excited and pointed out her favorite things and asked what her favorite tastes were. She was amazing. She brought me more coffee before my coffee cup was even empty, brought extra napkins without being asked and was just absolutely one of the most amazing servers I've ever had in my life. On top of that, the food beats many of our favorite places we've ever eaten Nationwide. I don't know why we waited so long to try Bob Evans but it's amazing and the service is top notch five star

Me and my boyfriend absolutely love it here! The service is always great, food is always fantastic & the atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable. I love the breakfast but their lunch/dinner options are so good too. We recommend the fried chicken & the pot roast. I wish I knew the managers name, but last time we came to visit he told me to try the roast and he was right, it’s the best. Our server, Mikayla was great too! We’re planning on making a weekly trip here from now on, thanks for the great service 😊

I had the pleasure of being served by Mikayla, and I can honestly say she made the entire dining experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She checked in just the right amount—always making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.
Mikayla was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and handled our special requests with ease and a smile. She created such a welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear she truly cares about her guests' experience.
It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable at the same time. If you’re lucky enough to have Mikayla as your server, you're in great hands. Five stars all the way!

Country fried steak and hash browns ( less than a tablespoon of hash browns) eggs cold not cooked over medium. Whites still raw. Steak more like a sliver less than a pancake thickness. Score 0. Even mcdonald's offer you more for value.
