My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. I had a stuffed sea bass entree which was delicious. Not the best I've ever had, but still very good. My wife had the fish and chips, which is lower brow for this restaurant, but she said it was outstanding. There was one odd thing that my wife pointed out. It was the bathrooms. She used the facilities and found that the hook to hang her purse or a coat on the door was so high she couldn't reach it. Just a heads up for you ladies out there. Overall a great dining experience.

Dined at the Grand Rapids, Mich. location (1100 E. PARIS S.E.). The meal I ordered was extremely sub-par (overpriced, skimpy portions, not as advertised). Atmosphere was very sub-par. My wife and I were there for our anniversary. My dinner was served 15 mins. later than my wife's!!!! She ate first and I watched; then I ate and she watched. At the end, the waitress then over-charged us by $14. When I pointed this out to the waitress (Hayleigh), she was rude to us. Very unpleasant experience. This was not the first time. It has happened before. Will not be returning!! You earn your clientelle Bonefish! Your customers are NOT obligated to you. I give Bonefish Grill the same rating as Taco Bell.

I brought my wife here for brunch for Mother's Day! Jeremy our server was great! Out good was really good and we enjoyed our time dining here. We waited a little longer than expected for our food but it was Mother's Day so we understood.

Bonefish Grill has consistently good food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. They had misses like our bread was Rock Hard, Shrimp entree was overcooked, filet wasn't cooked rare it was medium rare. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our meal together and would go back.
Glo was a fantastic waitress, she was kind and knowledgeable about the food and the area. She was a pleasure and a delight, really felt like I was chatting with a (busy, lol) friend! Thanks for the warm welcome to the area Glo😁

I haven't ever visited this place before the day it did. The server was nice, but got an order wrong and of course did correct it. One of the parties had a decent bill like 110 and one of the meals they ordered looked nothing like what was pictured. She did take it home and her husband ate it, she did not and usually does not complain.

Have eaten there for special occasions with fam several times in the last few years & always enjoyed it! Unfortunately, not this time.
The fish wasn't as tasty, server was distracted, didn't check back for long periods of time & my brother waited at least 8 mins while his food languished under the heatlamps as the four of us ate hesitantly & uncomfortably.
He was unfazed by the lack of caring by our server but honestly, it put the dagger in the subpar meal! (I was moments away from going to the kitchen myself.) Server was unapologetic and left dirty dishes & glasses on the table.
The best ambassador was the sweet hostess with a warm greeting & farewell.
So, my gratitude to her but will not return as it was not worth the 5 hr roundtrip!

I made a reservation weeks in advance for a specific server. When we got there he got “cut” due to it being slow. We were disappointed but went with it anyway. 41 minutes into our reservation time we were out of cocktails and hadn’t had our dinner order taken yet. I ordered the shrimp and scallop fillet special. These scallops were dime sized and way over cooked. Totally rubber and so fishy. Same for the shrimp. The steak was not cooked medium as i requested (overcooked) and the asparagus was hard. The birthday girl got the same and we both sent them back. My friends tuna was way overcooked and his rice was hard. They were kind enough to comp the 2 specials, but I wanted the bonefish experience! Normally everything about the experience is top notch. I’ve never had bad service or food. When the manager didn’t come over after our meals were sent back, we kindly asked to speak to him. There were 8 of us, all in the service industry, so we have an understanding on how to treat customers. This manager could not of cared less about our experience. In asking if our friend gets a dessert or something for her birthday he told us they got rid of the appetizer coupon and want to do something like carrabbas does in the future. I’m so disappointed and sadly will never go back. We work in the beauty industry and while remaining professional at all times I will be very honest when someone is inquiring about this location. Such a bummer!!
