We love going here. But tonight I got a rotten pineapple on my drink, and after telling the waitress… she kept going past us not bringing us bread that my husband asked for, wouldn’t bring us more water, threw the dessert menu at my husband (it spun on the table.) the manager Tony apologized for the pineapple and said they are all rotten and gave us free dessert. But Megan the waitress is awful!!

It took an hour from the time we were seated until our lunch arrived. It was clear the food had been sitting under the warming light for too long. When I told the server the frittata was dry, she had no solution to offer. The last time we were here the service was also extremely slow for lunch. So it's not simply a one time problem. It's no wonder they're not full at lunch service.

Management/Owner (Curneak) was very rude to staff. I was sitting at the bar and they were yelling at employee the in earshot of the customers. It was very obnoxious.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. I had a stuffed sea bass entree which was delicious. Not the best I've ever had, but still very good. My wife had the fish and chips, which is lower brow for this restaurant, but she said it was outstanding. There was one odd thing that my wife pointed out. It was the bathrooms. She used the facilities and found that the hook to hang her purse or a coat on the door was so high she couldn't reach it. Just a heads up for you ladies out there. Overall a great dining experience.

Dined at the Grand Rapids, Mich. location (1100 E. PARIS S.E.). The meal I ordered was extremely sub-par (overpriced, skimpy portions, not as advertised). Atmosphere was very sub-par. My wife and I were there for our anniversary. My dinner was served 15 mins. later than my wife's!!!! She ate first and I watched; then I ate and she watched. At the end, the waitress then over-charged us by $14. When I pointed this out to the waitress (Hayleigh), she was rude to us. Very unpleasant experience. This was not the first time. It has happened before. Will not be returning!! You earn your clientelle Bonefish! Your customers are NOT obligated to you. I give Bonefish Grill the same rating as Taco Bell.
