New to the neighborhood, was welcomed with open arms. The pulled pork sandwich was top notch, as well as the dressing. Wish I would have grabbed the gentleman working the front counters name; he made us feel like part of the family and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

walked in today because I was hungry and I just happened to be across the street at the gas station, anyway long story short the olive burger combo I got wasn't only really reasonable but after I got it in my car I knew them fries were hit, whatever they use to season them things was sent from god had to because they were so good not to take away from the olive burger either it was cooked to perfection absolutely one of the greatest around definitely better than eastern deli and I been eating there for years so sorry for rambling on like this but I had to tell everyone that it still doesn't end there the customer service from the nice woman behind the counter and the conversation about the plants in the lobby while I waited was the cherry on top thank you for the best lunch I've had in a very long time

Good ole home style cooking! I haven't had pancakes this good at a restaurant in my life. I always request crispy around the edges and they just never get it right. Not Boston Square! The funny thing is, I didn't even request it! It just happened so perfectly! It was like it was meant to be! I enjoyed catfish and pancakes. The catfish was fried hard, the way I like it. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I'll have to visit when they serve their ice cream because the flavors sound amazing. To top such a great experience off, the Chef/Owner of the place, Ms. Teresa, came out and spoke to my colleague and I and thanked us for our business! If that's not great business, I don't know what it is!

What took me so long to discover the wonderful food here??? Teresa is known for being a great cook and she's proving it in this cafe. Try the shrimp and grits! Great atmosphere with fun music setting the mood and really good food. Next thing to try is the Olive burger! And then soul food Sundays!

I was there at about 2 p.m. and had the place to myself. Both people working came to my table and asked about my day. Their interactions were just right and gave me a very welcomed and friendly feeling. I’m trying to cut carbs so I got the all meat omelette. I thought it a little strange that it had mushrooms in it. I like mushrooms so I accepted it without complaining. The omelette was served with one piece of toast. I know I should not have eaten it, but it was really good.
