Brann's Steakhouse & Grille

Horrible food that tastes cheap. The soda tasted like chemical, ordered a Pink Flamingo and it was so watered down and all it tasted like was triple sec. The server said the wings weren’t breaded they are - I hate breaded wings. The parm garlic sauce was okay on the wings but it was just a soggy mess with all the breading soaking up all the sauce and it was just a gummy mess. The rolls were like hockey pucks. Also ordered a Cheddar Bacon burger and that with the fries were the best thing but was more like a $10 burger vs a $15. The ingredients are cheaper and it shows and tastes like it. We won’t be back again.

Service was not what we're used to, but otherwise it was good.

We went to Branns last Sunday which was Father's Day. We arrived at 4:45pm. They seated us right away in a booth, which we preferred. The waitress was quick to get our drinks and take our orders. I ordered their Father's Day special which consisted of an 8 ounce sizzler, 2 sides (I ordered the salad and mashed potatoes and gravy) for $12.99. My friend ordered the 1 slab of BBQ ribs, baked potato, and a salad for $16.99. They brought rolls to our table. Since they have Pepsi products, we decided to get ice water. The two of us chose to split the steak and the spare ribs between us. All of the food was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, the spare ribs were so tender that they fell off the bones, the gravy on the masked potatoes was incredibly yummy. We could not have asked for a better meal. The waitress was attentive, efficient, and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our dinner at Branns.

Ordered from what I thought was the store down the street. The order was prepared at another location. Because of the added travel time the meal had cooled down and the salad warmed up by sitting on top of my hot food. Not serving from the location I ordered from was unfair to me and the delivery guy. I had the ribs. Won’t be ordering those again. Way too much rub and way over cooked.

The food was way below what you would expect from a stake house. The service was slow because they were understaffed. This signifies poor management. The mashed potato were instant. Very disappointed.

Not a great experience. Our friends received their appetizer and we waited and waited for our food. Finally, my husband's burger came and the cheddar bacon burger he ordered was an olive burger (he's allergic to olives). Plus, I still had to ask for the pretzels I had ordered. The waitress was nice but charged me for sour cream for the pretzels I neither requested nor received. Didn't have the energy to even address rhat. No chance of us returning.

It seems as though branns is cutting back. The feel of the place is the same feeling as our last trip to the branns on Leonard before they closed.

Don't even consider dining here, this place is simply the worst. I have had other terrible experiences at this place, but I was asked to go here by someone else so I went back. It has only gotten worse. I will try to keep this brief because otherwise I'd write a novel. We walk in and get seated. Fluit flies are swarming, indicating the filth of the kitchen. Waitress takes our drink order and delivers drinks promptly. Then she disappears for a solid 15 minutes. Comes back and takes our order. I swat fruit flies while drinking a beer. 30 minutes later and no food is to be found. Two of our five dishes come out, and one is a rare steak. Slice it open, send it back. Comes back again 5 minutes later just as rare. I decide I'm not eating. Still waiting on 3 of the 5 meals. 10 minutes later and 2 more plates come out. Ribs that both people enjoyed. Yet 1 hour after ordering the simplest order of all, a hamburger, is yet to be brought out. We call in the manager. She's defensive and making excuses. I flat out say we aren't paying, and she says any food that has been eaten must be charged for. She offers a new steak. 10 minutes later the steak comes out. STILL NO HAMBURGER. We raise a fuss yet again and a burger appears. The manager then cuts the bill in half but says she can reduce it no further. I tell her a fun review on Google is coming her way, and she basically says she doesnt care. The waitress catches wind of this and there is an understanding that, while she was slow to take our order, 90% of this disaster was not her fault. She then takes the rare steak off the bill in hopes of salvaging her tip.

You literally could not pay me to eat at this place, and I will NEVER go back. The amount of flies swarming the air raise so many questions about the sanitation practices here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The wings were absolutely disgusting ? they were soaked heavily with sauce, like soup at the bottom, they were soggy. They were frozen breaded wings, which isn't what i thought I was getting. They also made me so sick that I threw up later that evening. Idk if they were undercooked and I got food poisoning or if they were old, but they made me sooo sick. I will never be ordering wings here ever again ? everyone else seemed ok after eating burgers. Idk if I can even bring myself to go back here after the food making me that sick. And the server never brought us rolls, I thought that was customary.

For a steakhouse, the steaks are surprisingly tough, even though I order my steaks MR. Although the flavor was good, I had to give up on it after 3 bites because my jaw was getting sore from chewing and chewing and chewing. However, service was quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'll come back - I just won't order a steak...

As you walk in, you will see all kinds of historical sports events. You will see plenty of TVs and good hospitality. I sat down and was attended to shortly. The food was wonderful. I don't know how it gets at night, but in lunch time it was perfect ?.
