We went to Branns last Sunday which was Father's Day. We arrived at 4:45pm. They seated us right away in a booth, which we preferred. The waitress was quick to get our drinks and take our orders. Ordered from what I thought was the store down the street. The order was prepared at another location. Because of the added travel time the meal had cooled down and the salad warmed up by sitting on top of my hot food. Not serving from the location I ordered from was unfair to me and the delivery guy. I had the ribs. Won’t be ordering those again. Way too much rub and way over cooked.
For a steakhouse, the steaks are surprisingly tough, even though I order my steaks MR. Although the flavor was good, I had to give up on it after 3 bites because my jaw was getting sore from chewing and chewing and chewing. However, service was quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'll come back - I just won't order a steak...
