After reading other low rated reviews there seems to be a trend: long wait time, warm/cold food, bad waiter/waitress, etc. Speaking from my own personal experience these comments are not far off. I reserved a table for Valentine’s Day which was busy as expected and understandable, but the service we received was not. My wife, 2 daughters and I were put at a table that wobbled back and fourth and spilled our drinks from the beginning. Since our waiter, Mitchell didn’t come back for 15-20 minutes after getting our drinks, I spoke with the front desk. They sent a gentleman who came with some towels to even the table out, but ended up making it worse. After 2 failed attempts he looked me in the eye and said,” that’s all I got,” and walked away. I removed one towel and the table was just perfect, so I essentially had to do his job for him. Our waiter was very busy with other tables so we get that he may have been overworked, but after walking past our table several times after asking others if they needed refills, I got a bit irritated. I got his attention and finally got a refill for our bread that was very crunchy, so we immediately put in our orders since we didn’t know when we would see our waiter again. Our food finally came out, and we sat for about 5 minutes waiting on our silverware since they were not provided to us upon arrival. The same gentleman who attempted to fix the table, offered to go get us silverware, surprise, he didn’t go get it at all, he continued to serve other tables. We eventually began eating, and the food was great. By the end of the night and the exhausting experience, it was almost disrespectful for them to ask us if we wanted dessert, it’s almost like asking us,”what else can we get wrong for you on your special night.” I gave it two stars because my wife loved this place, but I highly doubt she will ask to go again for any occasion. My recommendation, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Saturday night my significant other and I decided to try Bravo! and we were not disappointed what so ever. Our server had a huge table and still kept us in mind, he suggested an appetizer and a couple entrees. Everything was amazing. Well worth it for a date night or special occasion!

This was a nice elegant place. Server was very nice and attentive. I got the lasagna and it was pretty greasy, but yummy. I also got strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. Overall, nice experience.

Beauty on the inside..large and roomy but the cuisine was not at all what I expected. Bland. Cold . Sauce tastes like it came from a jar. Did not do the environment justice. Sorry to say. I won't return. Nice cocktails though! ?

This was our first time eating here and we were not very happy. The waitress took our order for drinks right away and brought us water but didn’t tell us she would be back after awhile with our coffee so my husband even asked if I had ordered. When she did come she took our order but we had to sit and wait for sometime for our food to arrive. Because of the coat we thought the food would be better. It was VERY salty! Almost to the point that my husband could hardly tolerate his. Our server didn’t come back to offer us more coffee until we’ll after our food had arrived. When we left, I saw that some mints were sitting way away from the door but none had been offered to us. Poor service and poor food.

Service and food is great! I have yet to be disappointed by an item there. Their bread and oil dip is the bomb dot com.

Food was amazing. Our server how ever did not seem to be in a hurry one bit. We told her we had a timeline and needed our checks and to head out fairly quickly and thus process took her forever. We barely made it to our event on time and her overall service showed that she seemed unsure. Maybe she was new? Otherwise, everything else was great!

Love love love the atmosphere. Casual but comfy. Not too loud where my friend and I can hear each other talk. Great food and great customer service!

Food was basic. Very lightly sauced pasta, food came out semi-warm. Not horrible, but won't go back.

Went there and was seated right away. After 15 minutes no one came and even took our drink order. Waited longer and watched two other tables be seated and get their drinks and no one came and took ours still. At this point we got up and left. It was just two of us and the place was no where near busy.

Restaurant is nicely appointed. Food was not very good. Chopped salad was wilted and tasted old. Served bowl of pasta with about 5 salad shrimp and fettuccine with a few tiny shrimp. Tab without any drinks or dessert over $50. Not good! Server was pleasant. Would not return.

It's a very nice place, I like the lighting and its well designed on the inside, but for food I honestly feel you get better value for your money at Olive garden; I experienced here a more expensive Olive garden. You still get a choice of soup or salad complementary with your entre as well, but I don't think it's unlimited at bravo.

I expected to really enjoy myself at Bravo, but I didn't. We sat at a round table in the corner which was uneven an wobbly. When we mentioned the table problem to the manager he shoved about 6 sugar packets under the wobbly leg :-( Our food took 40 minutes to come out, only to be served with stale bread and the wrong side. My friend ordered shrimp and received and salmon. The waitress was inattentive for refills. I've made better Italian food at home.I didnt enjoy myself at all....
