It took over a hour for just a appetizer and was then told by the bartender she was sorry and trying to fix it. Then heard the staff being yelled at by the manager that they were not doing there job and he could do it all without them I thought I was going out for a nice dinner

Was here for a birthday party . We had reservations. unorganized. Food for the party came out at all different times . Some of which was overcooked burnt or cold . Could keep going but I’ll leave it at that .

Ordered the chicken Caprice sandwich on a gluten-free bun and the bun came burnt. The waitress only comped us two dollars for the gluten-free bun. Seems to me the cooking staff would’ve noticed a bun that was burnt and wouldn’t have sent out to customer. And this is after we waited a very long time for our meal. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Theo a great server. Lunch was great, salads fresh, fries hot. Atmosphere chill and laid back. Perfect place to take a friend, and catch up. Sandwiches very fresh.

I had the worst dining many many years here. Initially we were greeted by the waitress who was friendly, but it took over 15 minutes to get a beer. She complained that the bartender throughout the printed slip for my beer. We asked her about a couple of the entrees and decided to go with the pasta carbonara. The food was delivered in a timely manner but it did not match the description of menu. There was no pancetta and no basil just chicken on what was more of a very thick and heavy alfredo sauce which wasn't really that good. It lacked flavor which would have been helped by pancetta and basil. I was going to send it back but the waitress did not stop by. Realizing we did not have time to order anything else we decided to eat it since we were not have a chance to eat anything else for several hours. Then we were waiting for the check. After over 25 minutes from when the food was delivered I went to find the manager and complain about the food and the service. He did nothing except he would get the waitress. She complained about having to help with some larger tables. I understand somewhat but not that length of time of not having anyone stop by to check on us. I would not give this place a second chance.

Food and drinks are great here, I've recommended and brought multiple people! Only downside is the drinks, while prices seem average, the size of the glass you get is quite a bit smaller than you'd expect. Drinks do taste great though!

We went here for a work function on a Wednesday evening. We had made a reservation but it was not busy. Very easy to get a table during the week. There is a nice outdoor seating area but we sat inside.
We got a couple appetizers and each got an entry. All the food was really good and it came out quickly. Our server, Christine, was great. She engaged us and was excellent at getting our orders and drinks. We happened to be there on a trivia night also which was fun and added to the experience.

Went here for a Bachelorette party dinner. 10 people. Waitress was great but new (3 weeks into waiting tables). First, we got a drink that had a bug in it, sent it back and the second glass was cracked and chipped. Our food came out, 7 girls got steak. None were correct. No to mention they were cold and so were the potatoes that came with it. Some even came out BLUE (extremely rare) when we ordered MEDIUM WELL. Someone in our party was allergic to onions and still was served onions in her salad. The other 3 girls had cold food and rubbery chicken. The manager was not quick to fix the issue and acted like it was no big deal until I went to the bar (where he was working) and told him he needed to come fix the issue. We were compensated and got $200 off our $500+ bill and a $100 gift card. Even with the gift card we would never come back. Horrible customer service by the manager and horrible and cold food.

Went to Brickyard Tavern tonight with a friend, arriving around 5:30 or so. The place was not busy, and we were able to have a seat right away. Server seemed attentive at first, but progressively felt as though they were rushing us out the door after our food arrived. We weren’t finished eating, yet asked us if we wanted our bills. We said “sure”, paid our tab but still wanted to stay a bit longer to catch up. The server continued to come to our table after we cashed out, and would take any and everything off our table (including a plate we were still working on). I get the idea of pre-bussing to help rotate tables faster…on a BUSY night. If the waitress wanted to leave because her shift was over, then transfer the table to another server. Or let us know your shift is over and we would have gladly moved to the bar. Being intrusively passive-aggressive sent the message we were not welcomed. Therefore, we will not be back.
