There was some confusion over my reservation. I had the email confirmation but they had no record. It was a very crowded evening so they couldn't accommodate us. We found 4 seats at the bar. The manager came over and apologized but offered nothing.

They did not have our reservation (or a hostess/anyone to ask us if we needed a seat or had a reservation?) and we had several different waiters for our table. Forgot silverware. Cold food (I think they forgot about us often). And never gave us waters we asked for. It was an interesting experience and I felt bad because I took two couples from out of town here before a comedy show.
