Not sure what Trophy Dad is saying, but I was there that same night and seen no issues. Everything he said could be further from the truth. I know the bartender personally and he wouldn't and wasn't doing anything of the sort. It is a very busy place and the workers are always hustling and bustling due to the amount coming in and out. Actually seen the manager out on the floor talking with folks all while helping run food and manage the entire place. Either this guy was at the wrong place or has larger problems in his own personal life and felt the need to take out his problems here. Always have a great experience at this place and love the atmosphere. I'm sure no one will miss the guy, lol.

It's sad how good the kitchen does it's job while the front of the house is so mismanaged. The Bartender does shots with regulars while other customers languish. There's absolutely no one available to greet you or seat you. Everyone scrambling with no teamwork. Clearly the owner is in the kitchen and oblivious to how much business they're losing. The food was great enough for us to try getting takeout the second go around and the perfectly cooked Hot fish and chips were smashed in Styrofoam by the staff pushing in the cold tarter, coleslaw, and lemon wedge. Why would you pack the refrigerated items with, let alone smashed into, the fish and fries? Just another example of poor execution by the management. Hire an actual General Manager before you lose the place. We won't be back.
