Went in around 9:45pm… Queso was lukewarm maybe cuz we were the only table and the bar rail. It was oddly dead. The tables near the bar rail should be replaced or turned into high tops because who the heck wants to sit face level with everyone’s butt at the bar after they eat beer and wings?! I really thought that was a joke. Also the Trivia tv is hard to see with the pillars in the middle of the building. however, My bartender / server was very accommodating and prompt. Wings were really saucy and wet… not like what I’m use to at the holland location! so if you like Better Servers, Wet Wings, Go to GR rather than Holland! :)

Picked up wings and they almost had zero sauce on them. Not only that, but they had been cooked so long they were almost burnt. Dry with the flavor of blackened bacon. I’ve never had wings this bad!

I went twice to get wings and both times my food tasted like cleaning chemicals the lady tried to tell me because I’m pregnant my taste buds can be weird but there no way just because I’m pregnant my wings should taste like cleaning chemicals.

Bartender a couple hours before the Griffins game was not very busy upstairs. Also, not sure why she was going downstairs all the time either. Service was horrid at best. Then we ordered the Pick 6 for 20. When we got done, the game was starting in 20 minutes and I had to find the bartender to pay our tab. Handed her our credit card and said to just run it. When she brought the receipts, it was almost $20 more than expected. I had to chase her down AGAIN to ask her to fix it, and that she'd probably need the manager as well to do the credit card refund and rerun it. She said she didn't need the manager and she would discount it. Our order was still up on her touch screen. Odd if she had already closed it out. (My wife used to work for years at B-Dubs so she knows this isn't the process. Turns out, if we hadn't caught what she was doing, she'd have discounted our order after we left, pocketed the $20 overage as well as any tip we would have left. This location must employ a bunch of scammers so watch your receipts closely and don't trust the servers to have your bill right. Don't ever blind pay trusting these people.

Don't know about the food because they gave us a 1 hr wait with open tables. The greater was not real friendly or accommodating. Walked out because of it, we will never go to this particular one again.
Had a homeless man come up to my table, while we were eating, and asked for some of our food. We declined and he went to the next table, who was done eating, got 1 wing from them and left.
I expect it when walking downtown, but not in an establishment.

Placed a take out order. When I can to pick it up I was told there was nothing in their system even showed them the confirmation number and receipt. All they offered was a refund because. They had closed the kitchen. Offered a refund but said it could take a couple of days. I asked for a copy of the refund and they couldn’t provide one. Which if you can’t find my order in the system how clean you issue a refund. Never have to worry about getting my business again.
