Did an online order for pickup tonight at this location. The food was terrible. I ordered a Buffalo Ranch chicken wrap and the chicken was so salty I literally couldn’t eat it. My husbands bone-in wings hardly has meat on it. So disappointing to even eat out any more. Had we sat down at the restaurant- we would have sent it all back. In this case we are just out $50 and know better to order from here again. Service was fine as we just had to pick up and go.

Ordered online only to wait an extra 20 minutes inside… mind you the restaurant wasn’t even half full. What’s the point of ordering online?
Too boot! They can’t get the order right! Missing items and an extra wait? Hard pass on this downtown location.

This isn't your guy's fault, but I think my Uber eats courier stole my Pepsi which I am not too happy about. In fact I haven't eaten anything in 2 days and all I wanted was my meal with EVERYTHING I ordered given that I paid. But no this Uber stole my drink. If you see him report him, because I ain't letting this slide. I will keep on doing what ever it takes to get my hands on this guy. HUSREF: If you see this, I hope you know I will get you fired and reported.

I'll definitely go back if I'm in town for a concert, but c'mon management, you couldn't schedule better??? At $3.25 an hour, you couldn't add more staff??? I'm sure you knew Lainey Wilson was playing at Van Andel, yet you made your downstairs bartender work ALONE with a 4 table section, a full bar, and service??? She was phenomenal by the way and the only reason I'd come back. Where was management to help her??? The wings were very good as was the side mac (personal preference but crumbled croutons on top would have been even better, but it was still very good)

Bar prices during happy hour were great. Hamburger was very, very good. The chicken wings were a major disappointment. They were the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever been served at a restaurant yet alonen a Buffalos Wild Wings
