Purchased 40 wings Honey BBQ and Parmesan with extra sauce--ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 Service was great and the Manager was exceptional provided top notch service with a smile. I highly recommend visiting won't leave disappointed. Great staff !!!

I learned buffalo wild wings is a hit or miss now. Yeah sometimes my picks up are ready later than scheduled, yeah some things are missing, yeah I place order for delivery while they open but they claim they’re closed… but nothing will stop me from the Wild flavored wings.. just marvelous

We walked in as a party if 3 Super Bowl night and not greeted. No one was smiling, the energy was way off and no good customer service. We asked for the bar and got sat at a table and there were 3 seats open smh. The workers need to smile more and learn to greet people. What a shame because we PAY AND TIP VERY WELL.

I went there today to get 50 wings half lemon pepper and half plain I ask for extra lemon pepper dry rub I got home there was no lemon pepper on my chicken I called and the manager told me the next time I'm in the area he would give me a bottle of lemon pepper.I told him I Waited 20 minutes I told I him I wanted lemon pepper today he did nothing and it was there mistake I will not be returning to this place, bad service !they should have made it right in the first place. Very unsatisfied!

I frequent a few locations around west Michigan, this location has a super friendly and helpful staff. The manager stops by your table to check on you, and seems to really want to hear your feedback. Great staff and service. Keep up the great work.

Ordered garlic parm traditional wings to go and they were terrible. I can’t figure out if they taste like cardboard or if they have rodents running around. What makes it worst is, months ago I complained about getting old wings on a takeout order and the manager said he would send a $25 gift card that never came! Bottom line, change the name or shut down because this is truly a disgrace!

We ordered online and it said ready at 7:30. We usally dine in but since we were in a rush we didnt. We got here on time and asked for out ordwr and it wasnt ready, we thought maybe they needed a bit more time so they said two minutes, we went back up aftee two minutes and they still wernt ready and we were told to wait 8 more mins. And way longer after 8 mins we went back up, and they weren’t ready at all, we only had got one box 6 hot wings the other box was the same. The worker said he was telling them to make it but they weren’t listening, At this point i was already mad because we were in a rush and it wasnt ready 40 mins pass after the time we were supposed to wait, just for 12 wings that were the same sauce. It Didnt even look busy at all. Its either the workers were lazy or just had alot to do, but it didnt seem like alot since everyone else got their order on time. I like buffalo wild wings but you guys need to work on the timing ans get it on time. I wont be coming here for a while.

The past few times I’ve dined in at this location have not been the most enjoyable experience . The food is great it’s Buffalo Wild Wings always good , but THE SERVICE is very frustrating. The first time I came to this location my order got messed up, and now tonight I waited in a booth for 15-20 min before a worker came up and asked if I was helped yet. Meanwhile all other staff were standing around talking to each other and even looked at me multiple times, also didn’t even get asked what I wanted to drink when I got seated the waiter walked away and never came back . The only person I saw running around, grabbing other tables, being mindful & took my order was a gentleman named “Z” . Yet some of the other workers were cleaning up and helping customers I could tell he was probably picking up some slack, but extra bucks for him !
