This Buffalo wild wings location used to be good now It’s really bad when you place the online order you never get to pick up your food on time. The service is just not good at the front desk eating there is all right. Just wouldn’t recommend placing your online order here

Purchased 40 wings Honey BBQ and Parmesan with extra sauce--ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 Service was great and the Manager was exceptional provided top notch service with a smile. I highly recommend visiting won't leave disappointed. Great staff !!!

I learned buffalo wild wings is a hit or miss now. Yeah sometimes my picks up are ready later than scheduled, yeah some things are missing, yeah I place order for delivery while they open but they claim they’re closed… but nothing will stop me from the Wild flavored wings.. just marvelous

We walked in as a party if 3 Super Bowl night and not greeted. No one was smiling, the energy was way off and no good customer service. We asked for the bar and got sat at a table and there were 3 seats open smh. The workers need to smile more and learn to greet people. What a shame because we PAY AND TIP VERY WELL.
I went there today to get 50 wings half lemon pepper and half plain I ask for extra lemon pepper dry rub I got home there was no lemon pepper on my chicken I called and the manager told me the next time I'm in the area he would give me a bottle of lemon pepper.I told him I Waited 20 minutes I told I him I wanted lemon pepper today he did nothing and it was there mistake I will not be returning to this place, bad service !they should have made it right in the first place. Very unsatisfied!

I frequent a few locations around west Michigan, this location has a super friendly and helpful staff. The manager stops by your table to check on you, and seems to really want to hear your feedback. Great staff and service. Keep up the great work.

Ordered garlic parm traditional wings to go and they were terrible. I can’t figure out if they taste like cardboard or if they have rodents running around. What makes it worst is, months ago I complained about getting old wings on a takeout order and the manager said he would send a $25 gift card that never came! Bottom line, change the name or shut down because this is truly a disgrace!
