Took 15 min to get a drink had to flag someone down. Then when the waitress did come over it was after she took the order from the table who arrived after us. Then she got drinks before even placing the orders she took. I watched numerous tables that came in after us get food before us. I had to box my food because I couldn’t wait any longer for it. Then I get back to work to find she messed up my order no Buffalo sauce on my sandwich!!! Seriously!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened and the last I will not return.

So let’s start with I ordered the steak sandwich, which I’ve had before at another location and it was good! Steak sandwich comes the meat inside is overcooked. I’m sitting at my table with the owner of Eddie V in Detroit . We decided to have an early lunch here in grandrapids. Moving forward, I spoke with the manager, explained to him and had him look at the meat inside the sandwich. He proceeded to ask, do I want my money back, I said well I am hungry and he said OK well, I can give you some extra cheese, so it won’t be as dry! Yeah, this is the manager of this location blew my mind. But my guest was done for!! The worst customer service That I ever seen. The response was unacceptable from the manager, and he needs to be retrained. However, our server:Cole Was absolutely amazing. He goes back there and make my sandwich over himself and apologize to me and should definitely be trading places with the manager. I won’t return, but I will always remember the code and I will be calling corporate.

Can't speak to the food - it was so mind-numbingly loud in there that after being seated and sitting there for a few minutes, we decided to leave. I get it's a sports bar, but maybe at 3pm on a Thursday when there's no live game on, we can dial it back a notch. There was barely anyone else in there and we were full-blown yelling in order to hear each other over the three minutes of ads before packing it up.
I will say though, as we were getting up to leave our server came over to get our drink order and was incredibly nice about it when we said it was too loud for us. So, kudos for a nice wait staff but uh... Yeah, maybe turn it down a peg during the off times for those of us who haven't experienced hearing loss yet.

The food wasn’t great. Beer selection is ok. Cole was a good server. But nobody who worked there could see all the debris on the floor, apparently. Napkins, straw wrappers, food, even a fork all strewn in the aisles and the servers just walked over it. We were there for a couple hours and nobody bothered to do anything about the obviously filthy floor and they really weren’t that busy. Gross. I won’t be back.

Went there around 3:30/3:45pm. Got sat immediately. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there, even then it was a manager who was doing interviews. 10 minutes later our waitress shows up. We order drinks, food and appetizers. Another 20 minutes pass by. No drinks or food. The manager who found our waitress brings out mozzarella sticks, still no food or drinks. There about 45 minutes to an hour. No drinks and mozzarella sticks a manager brought us not even our waitress. It was like we weren't even there. Ended up walking up. Asking to pay our bill and leave. Do not recommend this location at all. Will not be back.

Been coming here since 2006, playing golden tee after work at TOGR, and have seen good and bad. Here today 26, and the place is clean, friendly and Alex and staff are great. Fast clean and efficient. Will be back appreciate them.
You can count on this location and their management to cheap out and mess up your order 👌 Asked for a mix of wings only got drums. Also forgot 2 wings so I got 18 instead of 20. They forgot the fries and I had to go back inside. I will avoid ordering from this location, thanks

So I ordered the guacamole dip and they didn’t even make it. They just cut an avocado put tomato onions on top no lime no salt literally nothing. Just a smashed avocado……an they gave me like 5 fries on my plate 😭😂my waitress was nice and the margaritas was good but if you didn’t want to make the guacamole Just tell me 😂Like I understand why waste people money? Ain’t your job to make the food?

I ordered take out to pick up at 6:10 for the Super Bowl which I understand is probably one of their busiest days of the year. I did not end up getting my food until 7:00 — fifty minutes late. Had to ask for updates on when it would be ready the entire time I was waiting. I placed the takeout order well in advance at noon earlier in the day. Extremely disappointed by the service. They did give half a refund but at this point I do not feel like it was sufficient for how late it was. If they are going to be too busy, they shouldn’t accept takeout orders. Will not be coming back to this location.
