Can’t get a to go order right once their life and never offer anything to compensate for it. Getting take out is a treat to myself to make one night easier not having to cook for a family of 6. Instead we had to make two trips there to get all of our food.

Great place, no real dining side anymore, so expect it to he louder than other locations. If you're someone who doesn't enjoy loud dining experiences, I recommend another location. Otherwise, it's a great spot!

How is a live person putting to-go orders together and believing this is acceptable? There is nothing to eat on most of these crispy meatless legs. This experience is certainly the worst, however my last three trips here have been similar. QC is nonexistent.

I usually come to this location for to-go orders and the occasional stop in to watch the game. I've never had any issues with the food or service, it's just another BWW. However, in my most recent stop, I picked up an online and when I got home, I realized they only gave me 10 boneless wings for my 20 wing order. How disappointing. If it was 2 or 3 wings short I wouldn't even bother writing a review, but I wasn't able to share as much as I thought I was going to be able to. Hopefully I can get in touch about this.

We order food online last night. We knew there maybe a little bit of a wait being that it was New Year’s Eve, our pick up time was 6:50. We waited 45 minutes. I checked our bag and we were missing food. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our missing food. By the time we got home our food was cold. Nachos were soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. Everything had to be reheated up. We order 3 10 pieces of boneless wings and two of them had 8 wings! Not happy! Buffalo wild wings you need a better plan!

Every once in a while when I get wings, Ryan and Donovan are always there to help! They have always provided me with great polite service and some laughs-I would recommend the easy take out this location offers!

Service was great, not too sure about the new layout yet, very loud and hard to walk around with random tables everywhere.

Food - ok, but why can't they actually put sauce on properly - isn't that their core business, sauce on wings??? Maybe BOGO Thursday means Buy one, get one free with 1/2 the sauce? Frustrating when you don't look at it until you get home 20 min later. I guess I always need to check before I leave and be their quality control since they don't have any. Not the first time this has happened.

We understand that it was game day, but it was so loud, we had to scream to talk to each other. The burger was not the best and the waiter, was kind of so serious. I don't like to be negative but this is the whole truth.

The volume of the Lion game was so loud you could barely hear the person next to you. Several people asked if the manager could lower the volume but we were told adjusting the volume is not an option during football games. Going to BW3 on game day is not an option again for our table of 12. Several tables emptied during the game, not a big surprise.

The wings are absolutely horrific now. The flats have about half a bite of meat on them and the small drumsticks have about a quarter bite of meat on them. I'd say you'd need atleast 25 wings here to equal 6 normals sized wings at another restaurant. You can tell the people that toss them in sauce could give a shit less too, half the wings barely have any sauce. Avoid this place at all costs if you're going for wings.
